very bad customer service the girl who attended us Danna our account was 40 and she charged us64 we warned him, we returned 24 but later I checked my bank account and he charged us 200 dollars, you cannot have a person working that steals from clients in that way

I tried to patronize this business 4 times with no luck, and finally the 5th time I tried, it was actually open! The business hours posted are not correct, at all. Totally false. Nobody was in the shop when we walked in. If we were bad people, we could've stolen everything in there. After 10 minutes, a woman came from across the street, did not greet us or smile. Actually acted like we were taking her away from visiting somebody across the street. She went behind the counter and in a very unfriendly voice, said "Can I help you." Even though we were confused by the array of offerings (written in Spanish) because she was so unfriendly and unhelpful, we just quickly chose 2 random drinks. Since she wasn't speaking to us at all, we knew better than to ask questions. Then, with corona at it's worst, she proceeds to fix our treats with no mask or gloves on. She was so rude and unfriendly that I didn't say anything, but I wish I had. The drinks (according to websites) are supposed to be made with shaved ice but these were made with crushed ice. Big difference. Of course, with such a terrible employee in charge of the place, making you feel very unwelcome, we will never go back.

We stopped by since it said at the door and online they open at 11, right now is 11.45am and still closed, we called and nobody answer. Looks like they don't want any business.

Menu online looked great, so I swing bye, but no one was there during regular store hours (Weds at 4:30 PM), No note to customers, no one answered the phone , no voice mail, very confusing.

Was good, but it took way too long to get 3 drinks. I seriously think they may have had to freeze the water. I didn't time it, but I would bet it took at least 15 minutes.
