Ordered for pickup. Potato skins, bacon Mac 'n' cheese, bacon cheeseburger. Food was done in about 20 minutes, so nice and fast. Wasn't very busy when I went in, I assume because it was a bit of a rainy night. Lady at the counter was kind. Was really excited for my burger, nice big juicy patty, toasted bun and a bunch of veggies on the side. Huge disappointment, there was no flavor to the patty beyond this burnt oil flavor which overpowered any other flavors that might have been good about it. Fries had most likely been fried in the same oil they used for frying seafood because they tasted like shrimp. Mac and cheese was... Fine? Potato skins were actually good I gotta give it up. My sweet wife donated the rest of her Mac n cheese to me because I couldn't finish my burger even though I was famished. Also... The mayo was put right in the box with the burger so it was hot by the time I opened up my food, which is just such a rookie mistake. And the little mustard packets I think were, somehow old? It came out dark with the texture of playdough. It could have just been the style, and I've never seen mustard like that before, or... This restaurant really needs to check the freshness of the ingredients they use. Overall a letdown.

Was our first time here and the food was great, ambience is excellent and music volume is perfect! Rolando was our server and his service was top notch. He recommended the Ribeye which was freaking excellent… we also tried the potato skins and they also were exquisite, my wife tried the Chicken Parmesan Pasta and was delicious as well. This place and Rolando’s customer service is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place!

Food was very good had the Cranberry salad with Salmon, the Salmon Entree with side baked potato & salad. Another person got the Chicken Fried Steak with baked potato & salad. Blue cheese dressing is very good as is the ceasar. Prices are good we had a coupon for 10% off from our hotel. Would visit again.

Our server was Eban, we arrived around 7:30 and sat on the patio. He was very attentive from start to finish. Made sure we were comfortable the entire time, food & drinks were fast and absolutely delicious!! We aren’t from here, but will definitely be back because of such a great experience! A hidden local gem!

First impressions the bar and restaurant area looks amazing very nice.. Service was a little slow But not horrible My in-laws street tacos were great My wife and I's burgers were completely dry Way overcooked. So basically I'm telling you stay away from the burgers unless you like them dry like a hockey Puck get the tacos

Rulu’s is the spot if you’re visiting Williams, AZ! This family owned and operated restaurant/bar is the perfect place to take the family or enjoy a drink along side the historic Route 66! I had the pleasure of meeting Ruth the “Ru” in Rulu’s.. What an amazing kind person! It only makes sense as the food and services matched her energy and family touch.
