Average starbucks experience, but they dont understand the words 'no ice'

It took literally 25 mins for 4 drinks to be made. This is a huge monopoly. I wish we had other options to get some drinks in town

Horrible experience. Never have I waiting as long as I did for an iced coffee. Only two employees. One was stocking and the other was more focused on cleaning than taking orders. The lime grew longer and longer and they would only take one order at a time, make the drink, cleaned some more and took the next order while the other kept stocking. Extremely slow service. Customer service was not their priority, cleaning and stocking was.
David at Starbucks was fantastic and went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. I asked for a drink that isn't currently on the menu, and he was sure to make it exactly how I like it. It was amazing!

Came here at 5:45 PM just for coffee and the lady from here said she is working from 7 AM so she is closed. Very disappointed.

When you order your coffee at Starbucks nowadays, be sure to order it “extra hot” because by the time you get it the coffee will be just warm. I miss the Starbucks that made Starbucks famous… fast, friendly service :(
The lady that made our drinks this morning was very kind and made the best starbucks drinks we’ve had in a long time. Great start to our day!

If I could give no stars I would! The lady that was here today 12/10 around 5:50 pm is completely rude. We walked up no one in line she sat there on her phone and completely ignored me then when she looked up she sighed and said what can I get for. She was rude the entire way. I would rather drive the 30 mins to get to the next Starbucks then deal with again.

I took my own cup. Instead of saying, “oh, I can’t touch your cup!” (The lady acted as if I had the plague), it would be far more polite to say, “Would you please place your cup in this tray?” Then she couldn’t scan my Starbucks QR code. She wasn’t even going to register my purchase if I hadn’t insisted and I gave her the 15digit code. I’ve traveled across the country and have stopped at various Starbucks along the way. This is the first place where the customer service was definitely lacking.
