Nevaeh was the worst. No hello. No smile. Looked at me like she didn’t wanna serve me or didn’t like her job. Talked at volume 1 - I had to say what a few times. She really brought down the ambiance of the place. I didn’t wanna ask if she was having a bad day because I didn’t want her spitting in my food. Hopefully, Subway hires people who actually wanna do excellent customer service.

The manager and her employee on 08/06/2025, around 9 pm were the rudest people ever and they didn't even have basic ingredients like mayonnaise and mustard, they were definitely were having a bad day and taking it on the customer

When i came in and asked for a footlong cookie, the sandwich artist told me that she doesnt know if this subway does these despite it being on the menu and that she was new and so was her coworker. I find it odd that management would entrust the establishment to just 2 untrained rookies. However, they were really kind and gave me a free cookie along with the other normal cookie i paid for. So i eventally left satisfied.

This evening at 9:20pm there was a young female employee who was very disturbing. Her demeanor was very poor and impolite. I felt like an inconvenience for just stepping up to order. She was very rude. Thankfully another employee a young gentleman took over to complete my order. I don’t know what issues she may have but she’s definitely not very professional in the public service.

The associate Nevah is the reason I will not be returning here. Subway is on my way home and I frequently stopped. Nevah is incredibly rude and makes customers feel uncomfortable. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt, but after being helped by her 5+ times, I give up and will not return.

I was a former subway employee,they are ridiculously slow,they seemed nice,but,you,can still be courteous,to customers and not have a customer,talking forever,if your not moving to make sandwiches, this was ridiculous. I was patient for about 15 minutes,2 people were in front of me.
Please,work on being faster, other people,they don't talk to much,would like to eat,also.
The people seemed nice,so, though,in fast food,they need to be quicker,I used to,help run a subway and a gas station,so,I was pretty disappointed today. Always room for improvement.:)

The employe was in the back had to be called to the front. When she was greeted it was reciprocated with eye rolling. Then attitude while making sandwich. Throwing veggies on sandwich telling customer the amount of mayo she put on the sandwich was enough . Then what else did the customer want. It is her choice to work there and to be rude to the people who deliver everything we need is atrocious! If you don't like your job, then don't work there!

Came out late at night around 1am since we got hungry, and got excellent service from Trevor, the employee who took our order. Overall made my night that much better. Great Service, amazing atmosphere, and delicious food

Worker was not friendly at all, very rude. Did not have a pleasant experience at all. I would never go back to this subway if I need to stop in Williams again.
