Walked in, only one person in line and was paying, 2 girls behind counter completely ignoring me, finally Naviea I believe was her name asked me what I wanted, I told her a foot long Black Forest ham with Swiss cheese, she says we don’t have Swiss, ok cheddar, she says what kind is meat, I repeated my request, what bread, cheesy, what cheese???? Again repeated my request, 6 inch or foot long? Again repeated request… at this point I got the impression she hadn’t listened to a word I said EVER! And the pissy attitude from start to finish! As I was paying with cash, I was not looking at the card reader, she barks hit the X? Next thing I know she reaches around the register and slams her finger down on the card reader. I’m thinking WOW! She then rudely asked if I wanted a receipt, i said yes please, she hands me my bag without saying a word! She is a true customer service gem!! Never again will I go there.

This is the worst Subway i’ve ever been to! The bread was hard as a rock, the sub was disgusting, and the two girls working there were absolutely clueless. I know Subway fell off but this is just sad! Only came here because I was on vacation and there was nothing else open nearby that was good. What a shame…

I'm a local who both eats here regularly and has worked at this establishment. The work can be very difficult but the food is consistent employees are able to make it happen. My most recent trip involved an employee named kalab who was absolutely amazing in in terms of service. Asked many good questions and show genuine interest in making for my food was good. Very much appreciate caring employees like that.

Sometimes you just want a Spicy Italian and since the options in Williams are weird anyway, head to the Subway next to Love’s and order yourself a footlong. Every time I’ve been, they set me up solid with all of the meats and fixings like they may have been trained at Chipotle. Watch for the coupons in your midweek circular like my mom does and the two of you are out of there under $20 including tip.

The produce was fresh and the food was good service was good for being at a truck stop.Parking: It was a big truck stop so there was plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There were also a few wheelchair accessible parking spots.

No more subway for me. Ordered a Turkey Sub. Hardly any meat, full of lettuce. Just a SPRINKLE of Green Peppers, Onions, Sauce, asked for Sweet Peppers but they put Banana Peppers.This is my LAST visit to any Subway in the country. They are NOMore the same
