Nice bar vibe, country fried steak is the best thing to get here for sure. Tried the biscuits and gravy and also steak. Biscuits and gravy kinda standard. Steak under seasoned. Very good for the money however, well priced!

Very difficult to get anyone to provide a menu or take your order. Food was better than expected and fast. There is a lot of noise. My martini was perfect, but no one brought it to the table it just sat there on the bar, I had to get up and get it myself. Very limited staff.

Talked to Chef about renaming his spicy BBQ wings to "Ahhhhhhh!!"" I couldn't feel my lips for a bit. I quess he puts Ghost pepper sauce in them. Anyone feeling tough? Stop on by! Very friendly place.

Bartender was rude and had no knowledge of beers she sold. Vibe was not welcoming as obviously we were not locals. I would never go back and do not recommend.

They were not very selective with their treatment of customers. I could say it seemed like racism. And little atmosphere.

Sultana Bar was a cozy and charming spot that felt like an authentic American local bar. Walking in from the cold, I immediately appreciated the warm atmosphere and the thoughtful, original decor—definitely a 5-star effort when it comes to appearance and ambiance. It had that nostalgic, small-town feel, which was a great start.

However, the experience was somewhat marred by the service. As a tourist, I felt a bit neglected by the staff at first, which detracted from the welcoming vibe I was hoping for. Though the service improved later in the evening, the initial impression lingered. A more consistent level of hospitality would make a big difference.

Another issue was the TVs. There was no sound, and when I asked to increase the volume, the staff declined, saying they didn’t want to hear it. Personally, I found this disappointing—it’s odd to have TVs on but muted, especially when guests want to engage with what’s being shown.

Overall, Sultana has potential with its unique decor and cozy environment, but it could definitely improve its customer service and attention to small details like the TV sound. With a bit more effort, this place could easily be a 4 star experience.

Service is always great but they had some hip hop DJ in there which doesn't really fit with the crowd...
