Worst experience I ever had in a bar in the US, the bartender seemed not to like that we were tourists and was very rude with us. We left immediately with a bad feeling.

I was greeted immediately upon entering! Great selection of local breweries on tap. Full bar. Live music some nights. Food is available but I came in just for drinks. This bar is like a slice of Americana. Also, a lot of locals frequent here as everyone seemed to have known everyone here. I felt very comfortable here. Friendly folks here. Sweet blonde lady bartender! *Note* read the directions for the operation for their front entrance door handle, it works.

Great atmosphere, historic looking. Food was also historic, dry over done burgers, hard bun, cold dry fries. Tough time choking down.

This place is BEYOND cool! If you've been looking for, or wondering about, a truly authentic dive bar with a history as deep as the Grand Canyon itself, look no further. I was made to feel like one of the family from the moment I walked in. The walls are thick with character and locals are more than happy to share some of the tall tales. I loved it so much I went next door and had the bar's logo tattooed onto my stomach. This is what a bar should be!

Unfortunately, it's poorly kept up. Lots of history just trashed. Long wait times, over priced, and you can almost always expect a fight.

When traveling we like to find the uniqueness and local vibe and charm, and we hit a home run here (literally as the Diamondbacks were playing in the World Series in AZ!). Touristy note it's on Historic Route 66, and has the oldest liquor license in the state! Not much has changed in this historic bar since it's inception...well maybe the addition of televisions, and I'm glad it hasn't. The Sultana bar is a great place to sit and enjoy local brews which we did, and strike up conversations with locals. Our bartender was amazing as she expertly serviced not only a full bar but a busy dinner crowd ready to watch their beloved Dbacks in the World Series. We did not intend to stay for dinner, but the burgers drew us in! My Mountainman (sorry I devoured it so no pics) was a 1/3 pound of local beef, topped with a delicious smoky brisket, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños served on a soft pretzel bun. Gooey goodness and worth the dripping down my chin! My husband's Blue burger had ample blue cheese, candied bacon, and carmelized onions also on a pretzel bun. Hard to do but the burgers were served as requested medium. Each had an ample serving of seasoned fries that were crisp and perfectly seasoned. So glad we did not pass this up, and strolled down Route 66 in Williams!

Old historic bar on old rules 66. Grate place to have a beer while walking around town.

The world famous Sultana Bar,is a filthy dirty, boring touristic bar, surprisingly expensive for what it is. Stuff behavior and service is also really bad.
