This Taco Bell/KFC is completely unprofessional. My son ordered chicken strips and fries and they gave him drumsticks and coleslaw. He asked to change the menu and they told him no. Then they throw the food out and HE WASN’T ABLE TO EAT! My son was in Williams for an away game and now he doesn’t get to get until he comes home 4 hours later! He was a paying customer who didn’t get any food!!! I am so angry that he was treated this way!

Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. We ordered three different burritos, each with different add-ons. When the order was delivered, nothing was labeled to tell which burrito was which. I asked how we were supposed to know, and the response was literally: “then just open them up.” Absolutely unacceptable. In the end, we all ended up with the wrong burrito. On top of that, the beef burrito had almost no meat in it at all. Poor service and poor quality — would not recommend.

Taco Bell does poorly but not the worst. The order was mixed. I ordered Soft tacos for my kid alergic to dairy and I get Supreme Soft tacos with sour creme. The taste of Supreme tacos was weird, not only sour but also bitter. Is far different comparing to Taco Bells in other locations. Soft tacos (which I had to order again) also had this weird bitter taste. Supreme tacos were not fresh - they had a rubber texture. Like it would be prepared in the morning. Cinammon balls were OK, but had no crusty sprinkles around it.
The KFC part is a crime. I knew that KFC in US is awful comparing to Europe, but what I get was disguisting. I don't know if that's typical but the wings were chewy and smell bad - like they would be few days old. I had one bite and had to spit it out.

Came in after the app refused to cancel my order. Even though the store that refused to help me in flagstaff at Milton road was very unhelpful. Store manager here at this location assisted and made things right good job.

Ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme meal through drive through, took 20 minutes to get because it wasn’t in the bag, went in and asked for it twice. Even the manager did not want to talk with me. The rest of the order was going cold the entire wait time. Waste of time and money!

The tomatoes tasted like raw chicken. I suspect no handwasing or shared sink? They didn't wrap the food right when one thing was asked to not be included, and they needed to learn to change out the vegetables.
Ok having a taco bell and KFC in the same building is just smart and awesome

I was passing through Williams on my way to Flagstaff. So I decided to stop at Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal. It was nice and hot. This Taco bell was impressively clean. I noticed a employee working very hard, she wiped down the tables very meticulously, and not only that she went on to start cleaning windows. It was very pleasing to know that the place I was eating at was so clean. I asked what her name was and she said Monica. Thank you Taco Bell/KFC for hiring such a dedicated employee 👍

I happen to come across Williams while I was traveling, and it was fun to see that they had a Taco Bell right along what used to be route 66. I was really hungry because I hadn't eaten for a while, so this was a great place to stop in. Everything was as expected, and the food is great.

Man kfc has lost a step at this location. At dinner time 5-6p, The chicken was hard and tasteless. Fries were more like eating toothpicks. Brisket was made a year ago. The only person working was a 70 year old lady, with several teens just wandering around. The place was unkept with trash on the floor.
