This place is great, the owner is super attentive and uses fresh clean ingredients, he added extra spice to the jerk teriyaki to make it hotter for me. So much better and also cheaper than fast food.

Rick was very friendly and attentive. We talked a bit while he was fixing my lunch and he has a great story. The food is a bit pricey, but where isn’t it now. It was a big portion, but maybe he’s just being nice to try to make a local out of me.

Got the privilege of meeting Rick, the sweet man running the food truck. Not only was he so kind and genuine, he also made my wife and I a kick ass meal. He recommended the jerk chicken teriyaki plate and it was delicious. Asked him to make it spicy and he did not disappoint.

It's not just a food truck. We walked up, and the owner came out and greeted us. Gave us the run down, and we had to order. Other than that, I just have one word. FIRE🔥!!! It's a must try!!!

The owner was such a nice guy, had a beef special going on that was amazing. Gotta do the fried rice. Easy to find and get to plenty parking. Must stop if driving through

We were lucky to find this place on our way from GC to Sedona. The food was fresh & flavorful, and made with so much care. We had Teriyaki rice bowls. What truly sets this place apart is the chef & owner Rick—a warm, caring and generous person. He take scare to use high quality ingredients. You feel like you're being welcomed into someone’s home. Chef’s friend was there too—equally friendly and full of helpful tips about things to do in Williams.

Excellent food and service. The chef was very attentive to gluten-free and dairy-free needs. He modified his jerk chicken to be safe to eat, with grilled vegetables and onions, and rice. It's very well priced as well. I would definitely eat here again.

Both the food and service were amazing! I got the Chicken Tacos, which were incredibly flavorful and perfect in portion!
