This was terrible service. Iâm 40 years old and came in during the evening to grab a bite and have a drink. However, after seeing my California Real ID, the bartender said she needed a passport. Iâve never experienced this anywhere else, but it seems this staff simply enjoys humiliating their guests. It was extremely rude, and I strongly advise not coming here or wasting your time. Thereâs a much better bar down the street with karaoke, billiards, and friendly staff. Stay away from this place.

My wife and I had lunch here. We really enjoyed it. Neat decor out front. Very pleasant staff and I have to say, listening to the locals bantering with one another was probably the best part. The kitchen was not the fastest in the world but the food made it well worth the small wait. Great Rooster Wings and the potato boats are a meal in themselves. Prices were reasonable. Similar to what im used to paying. Oh and the piece of carrot cake my wife brought home is about the size of a football and absolutely delicious. Definitely go here!

I visited this historic and atmospheric bar for the first time. The food here is very good. My wife and I ordered the Tiber steak and the New York steak. We met a ranger at the bar, and he told us about an interesting historical tradition with tokens that can be exchanged for alcohol. We had never heard about this before. Itâs a great place â definitely worth visiting. If Iâm ever nearby again, I will definitely come back.

The words âbe nice or get outâ written above the bar should also apply to the bartender. How can someone be so cold and rude, at least toward tourists? Fortunately, the food is decent.

Followed a gift shopâs recommendation and it did not disappoint! The vibe is great, and the pub menu offers a fantastic selection of meat dishesâsteak, ribs, and a brisket sandwich were all delicious with generous portions, and the cucumber had a lovely homemade touch. The background music fit the atmosphere perfectly. The only downside was the bartender, who wasnât very engagingâperhaps just an off dayâbut it didnât ruin the experience. Overall, a very enjoyable visit!
The charm of the whole place was ruined by the rude staff, I do not recommend it

As far as atmosphere, this place has it. Really cool looking esthetic, your classic bar and western patio dining. But it's very confusing layout wise. You don't know who to order food from. The bar looks like a separate entity from the restaurant. We had good drinks and enjoyed the patio for a while. Had some fries that taste like they share a fryer with the popcorn shrimp but the service was very friendly. A word of caution to tourists with families. This is clearly the spot the locals frequent. We wanted to stay for the live music but we could tell the day drinking crew was ramping up to be the all day drinking crew. Really cool atmosphere for adults though.
