Very disappointed in this place. We were excited as we walked in because the old western town atmosphere was so cool. However everything went down hill from there. We were “greeted” by a very grumpy front desk/waitress lady. Told us to sit outside and then took about 10 minutes to get us menus. Meanwhile multiple other parties came after us and got seated and served. Then they delivered our food. Both my wife and son’s meals were missing items from the order. My brisket sandwich was just to giant pieces of fat with no meat. Also we still hadn’t even received our waters and drinks. After further waiting we finally got our food, and it tasted awful. Only bright side was one of the younger waitresses was extremely nice and tried to fix things. Never recommending or returning.
The service was absolutely amazing. We had this younger blonde lady who i believe her name was jaya or jayuh but i could be completely butchering that. She just made the experience absolutely amazing. Had the best attitude and was such a sweet girl. 10/10 recommend asking for her if you go.
Pretty cool little place to see.
The atmosphere is on point. The service.... forgets about you when you're sitting at an outside table. Food was decent. Got a drink from the bar and it tasted like watered downed powerade. If they took tint to improve the drinks and service and really leveled up their flavor profile this place would be awesome. I did love the music
Steak was great! So tender and delicious.
Best bartenders and the friendliest atmosphere
The food was not impressive. The service was just OK. It was hot and there was no AC inside. We sat outside at a picnic table. The setup is interesting, but I think we could have found somewhere better.
The service and the food was amazing. Big, fulfilling plates accompanied by wonderful service by Lexie. Nice place to stop in you way to Grand Canyon.
Easily my favorite place to stay in Williams, have been here multiple times in different rooms. The Trapper room was very cool, Gambler room was a bit dated, however rooms were clean, beds are comfy and the showers are great! Staff is all very friendly, and having the bar and full service restaurant right there is nice too. The potato skins are gigantic, enough to serve as a meal by themselves!
I had the loaded tots & my buddy has the steak meal. Both were decent. I'm The setup was a neat experience Would be a great family night for someone who's traveling.

I didn't stay here but we ate dinner here. Ive never had worse service or food. I asked for medium rare, the steak was obviously frozen solid when they put it on. I sent it back 3 times and the third time I gave up, was completely rare and uncooked and everytime they brought it back it was like they've stuck it in the microwave. The steak and the ribs were both undercooked. The waitress wandered around with our food for about 15 mins then finally got it to us. By then it was all cold anyways. For 60 bucks I finally just left the food on the plate and walked out. My daughter's food was the same. Cold and not cooked at all. Definitely don't recommend this place for food at all.
We were headed out when I told my husband to pull over because i saw the giant skeleton. This place is interesting to say the least. A must see tourist attraction. Great for photos and enjoying all it has to offer.
Prime rib Saturday special was undercooked. Everything else on the plate was great though
Great place to fill up before the evening western shoot out. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault. We had the big tombstone meal to share.
We did not stay in the hotel, but we ate at the restaurant. The food was not good. The tater tots and burgers were way overcooked and the burgers were so tiny they were not worth the price. The server was friendly but she did not let any of us know gratuity was added to our bill which felt sneaky. We will not be back.
