Went there for dinner after a long day with my friend on her ranch by Williams. We sat at the bar to eat. When it came time to order my friend had the 6 oz sirloin and I had the prime rib. I ordered the prime rib as rare as possible. When we got our plates the sirloin was perfect so I'll give them that, but the prime rib was well done. I sent the prime rib back told him I wanted is rare as possible once again. And I got the next one it was medium well. I was so frustrated but I'm so hungry as well I just decided well I'll just go ahead and eat it and get out of there. Then the cook came out and was arguing with me telling me that what he had sent out was as rare as possible and I told him no it was not as rare as possible he does not know how to do prime rib and if you wanted to know how to do a good prime rib go to Cliff Castle casino and Camp Verde.

Waited over an hour for our food to walk out because they had no eta. Horrible service and no care for customers unless you are a local.

worst ribs I have ever had. I paid 28 buck for 4 beef ribs, they looked like they were going to be good when they came out, but when I picked them up there was a problem. I only got like 4 small bites of meats at the tips. If I cooked ribs and ate them they would still have more meat on them before I give them to my dog than the ribs I got here. someone has to be on crack to serve ribs without meat, how could you cook them and not tell. I am sure they knew I had a problem, but not one person working there asked if there was or how is the food. We had been on the road all day so at that point I ate some of my husbands food, we just wanted to get back to the hotel and rest.

The top of our table was sticky. We asked to have it wiped down, but it never happened. I lined the edge of the table with the horrid 6x6" single ply napkins. The chicken Caesar had at least 100 croutons - no joke. They were those little white ones - no flavor. The chicken was shredded and dry. The shaved cheese was nice, though. The onion rings were way overcooked - half of them were burned. I like them sauced, but this was overboard. The beef ribs were dripping in sauce - literally dripping. The biggest disappointment was that the wine came in those little single serve plastic bottles - the brand was Barefoot. Gutter swill. There seemed to be a lot of locals sitting at the bar. If you just want a beer, this place would be okay.

The lady at the bar became very rude, impatient and cold with us once she heard my friend and I accent. She also was complaining about us with someone else across the bar altho we just got here and did not even order yet. We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable being tagged that way so fast, we are Americans btw!

I am leaving one star because I cannot leave zero stars. I have never had worst service than the one from the girl working here. Since we got into, she was being very rude and unpolite saying that our European driver license was not valid at this bar, that we could just order beers with a passport (you don't carry your passport with you when you are traveling around a different continent) Then when we were paying before getting our food my friend asked if the tip was included, she responded completely out of the blue "you have to give a tip, this is America, here we tip" and my friend nicely responded " I thought the tip is If we like the service right?" She said -"no, you always have to give a tip", which we did. After 40 minutes she did not have served all our dishes and we started asking what was going on, she said she was going to ask the kitchen but 15 minutes after she did not come back so we asked again, and she said the same. When the rest of us were leaving we asked again and she came with the refund ticket saying "we run out of ribs, apple pie and ice cream", what a coincidence. My friend said "but we paid $40 and this is just $29" where she responded "well, you drunk the sodas". But she kept the tip. I have never had worst service that this in my whole life.

Despite of the late hour, we were served dinner. The food was great!!!! The prices are more than fare! We loved the atmosphere also! The waitress was just super nice and friendly!!! A place to visit!!!

Dropped in for a drink as it was a scorcher, sat at the bar and about two hours later slid off the bar stool to go home. Great bar person had customers off pat, and not just the locals, she knew what drinks people were drinking on the repeat orders, she was keeping her customers entertained and those few hours seemed to drift by in a flash. Good food is a bonus and friendly locals to help the visitors have a great afternoon session we weren't expecting.

Stopped in here for a quick beer whilst passing through Williams as from the outside looked like a great American bar experience. Unfortunately it was the only place in our two week road trip where we were made to feel very unwelcome by staff. The woman behind the bar seemed to have no interest in serving anyone but those she seemed to know personally (despite the place being largely empty). Got the impression very quickly this is a ‘locals only’ bar - a shame as, with just a little bit of courtesy, this place could be great for passing travellers.

Long Horn/Wild West is part of the Wild West Junction area of Route 66 in Williams. Folksy local atmosphere. We sat at bar, where everyone knows everyone. Hungry and the meatloaf special was recommended; we ordered same; plenty of good eating. If you're traveling thru Williams on the Mother Road, definitely drop in here for a drink or meal. we were here end of January.

Our family stopped for a late lunch. Everything was delicious. We had the Tatchos, Beef Dip, chicken fingers, brisket and veggie butger. All was great. The service was friendly and cheerful even though it was busy. Plenty of outdoor seating. And a quaint old timey setting. We would definitely recommend stopping in.

We ate dinner here Saturday after a day at Bearzona. I ordered the loaded baked potato with pull pork. I loved it. My husband ordered the rib plate. The young lady that took our order outside was very friendly and efficient. We throughly enjoyed our meals and the entertainment.

Hidden gem of Williams! Fun atmosphere with dollar bills all over the bar! Delicious food with fun name. Friendly bartender. Toughie the cat was the best!! Such a fun place!

We enjoyed atmosphere and liked being able to sit outside at the picnic tables. We ordered inside and staff brought food out to us. This was only our third dining experience since the Covid-19 outbreak and closures and it felt so good to be outside and on vacation again. The food was great and we will definitely stop here again next time we're on a road trip passing through Williams.
