I ordered a philly cheese steak and I did not want my bread toasted. So they gave me a cold sandwich with cold meat and cold cheese who eats a cold philly.

During our visit, my friend placed a simple request for her sandwich—she asked that her sauce not be put on the bottom. This request was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the staff member assisting us. The tone and behavior were unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable, especially given that it was a reasonable customization request that Subway typically allows.

We expect a basic level of courtesy and customer service, particularly when making standard food preferences. Unfortunately, this interaction fell well below those expectations and left a negative impression of the brand.

I hope this matter can be addressed so future customers are treated with respect. I would appreciate this feedback being shared with the management of that location.

Ridge Runner

I wouldn’t recommend stopping here unless you have deep pockets. Prices are approximately 30% higher than other comparable locations. This is nothing more than greed and might I say highway robbery. Yes, the location is out of the way. This is not Nome, AK though. Add to the fact that I was ignored upon arrival while the “sandwich artist” finished his conversation with a coworker before even acknowledging me.

My visit to this Subway was honestly a disaster. The staff were unbelievably rude and didn’t give me any time at all to place my order. They kept rushing me the whole time, and I even ended up arguing with one of the employees because her attitude was completely out of line.
On top of that, my sub wasn’t even warm.

Honestly, they really need to change the staff here. This is not how you treat customers.

This would have been 5 stars ......The food was great and clean service station, BUT I have a severe allergy to an ingredient at the store and I told it to the person making my sandwich and Janelle ( the sandwich maker) was rude and adamant that she didn't touch the ingredients I was allergic to, but I watched her fold a sandwich that had it in it.

If a customer has an allergy - you just take care of it and change your gloves. No questions. I can be hospitalized if this ingredient touched my food

I came in to order a sandwich asked for a beast 12” on white and asked to switch the roast beef out for extra turkey every other subway I have gone to across the US says no problem “Gilbert” the manger tells me they can’t do that not to mention upon check out I realize I got i Italian herbs and cheese bread instead of white and I asked for a large soda and he completely ignored my request. Also didn’t put any napkins in the bag if you want absolute terrible service stop at this location but if you expect anything other than terrible service go somewhere else I think this manager needs new training corporate needs to get involved.

Nice and clean restaurant inside the Pilot gas station. The restaurant was spacious, which was nice as a space to eat a meal on the road. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made it a nice break.

If we find ourselves on the stretch between Las Vegas and Phoenix we’d be comfortable stopping here again.

Subway shares a building space with the Shell station. The staff is really friendly, making time to actually talk with their customers. Refreshing, really.

Best I've been too. Not only fast an efficient but displayed how to work as a team at it's best. And emplouees were friendly, smiling and laughing! Spotlessly clean. What an oasis!
