Great local restaurant with a fusion of cajun and asian flavors. Most definitely something Winslow needed and now open to locals and visitors!

Great food but even better interactionš¤š¼
Just getting back from a road trip, didnāt want to forget to spread the word about this place. Never had a poke bowl before but Iāll never need to try another one again to know CAJIAN makes them best. All the seafood comes from Pier 22 through Shamrock. High quality stuff. Very trustworthy. It wasnāt the food that is causing me to write this review though, itās the way Chace(the owner) made me feel like family and I really enjoyed hearing his story. Great things can come out of just simple small talk. Thatās how it started.
Chace, no pressure to respond to this part if youāre not religious or if your faith is something private to you. However I just feel obligated to let you know you are an example of what every Christian should be and Jesus would love to have a relationship with you if there isnāt one already. I donāt want to get to into this on here as it may be bad for business but you did give me your number so I wonāt hesitate to text you if you are willing to listenš

Food was great, awesome value for money and absolutely delicious. Owner was friendly and happy to talk about his background as a sushi chef. Really cares about his craft and is excited to be running his own place. Quite quiet, but the place is new. Not fast food, service takes the time needed for handling raw ingredients.

Made to order, staff amazing, if u need advice on what u want, chef will personally make sure your getting the best. Family owned. Stop in if you need a sushi, fix, the menu is huge. Added a couple of pictures. Flavor. Stop by
The surf and turf-delicious! They have this sauce they put on the meat called āYummy Sauceā oh my this is good. My husband had the ramen with shrimp- excellent! We were just passing thru - boy did we luck out.

Yeah buddy! They really know how to cook it up! Surf and Turf fried rice was awesome. Got to try the pork for the ramen and the ceviche while I waited. Great food, great atmosphere. Really wishing them the best of success in this small town.

Walked in and I wasnt aware of the hours of operation. Staff politely told me they were closed , i told them its ok ill come back another day. Chef came out and said no its not ok, tell me what you want. He made my food after hours without hesitation . Even gave me the grand tour. This is a business i stand behind and will support. food was on point, i will make this a staple in our weekly dine out. Thank you again.
