Weekend Gumbo special. The gumbo is absolutely delicious. The perfect southern taste to send you tastebuddz into a sensational Mardi gras. U have to try it for yourself. I highly recommend it. This is a little ramen fusion shop in downtown Winslow. We were the only ones there and it was rather quiet. The owner and employees were very friendly and quick to accommodate vegan dietary needs with different noodles (broth is vegan!) and no egg. We got the veggie potstickers and veggie fried spring rolls to start which were good but nothing crazy (a little too crispy for me) and we got the veggie ramen (made vegan) and chicken ramen, both of which had really tasty broth that had a great depth of flavor! Surprising little stop and a new top choice for when in Winslow.

Small portions. Rice porridge with chunks of meat – this is «fried rice with steak.» A spicy, thin broth with store-bought noodles and chunks of sausage – this is «ramen with vegetables and pork.» Don’t rush to leave a tip. They didn’t even provide napkins. Ranen only with pork.

We went to Cajjan creations for my husband's birthday and were pleasantly surprised, our food was delicious, the service was great and everyone there was so friendly. We will definitely be coming back when we come to town again.

Absolutely fantastic food, best sushi I've has anywhere in the state, massive portions for a great price, the owner accommodated my kids very well, good conversations, I can't say enouph good things about it. Best dine in experience I've had in a long time. I didn't take pictures as I was to busy eating but it's a place to make a regular spot absolutely.
