We had to go back to the counter to get items that were missing. We had 2 okra orders and only gave us one dipping sauce and we had to pay for a second one. I thought with two orders we should have gotten 2 dipping sauces with the order.

This place needs to offer waay better customer service, I went through the Drive thru today, the person sounded rude and not welcoming, she didn't even repeat my order back to me or ask if there was anything else , and she didn't give me my total amount of my bill , .. this place is getting worst and worst .. sad too see ..

Chicken and fries were old and cold. The chicken was black and had a jerky texture. Is it really that difficult to make fresh fries? I don't think I have ever had hot, fesh fries from this place. Maybe the people serving this garbage should eat what they serve. Obviously management doesn't care since they keep serving this trash. This is why I have only gone here twice in the past 3 years. NASTY🤮
