We saw the remodel of The Root Beer Stand several years ago on HGTV. We finally stopped and were not disappointed! Food was delicious, staff was helpful, fun and engaged!! We're so happy we finally got there.

Fun nostalgia feel. Friendly staff. Try the pickle fries with range. A little salty, but delicious with a crunchy coating. The chili cheese fries and onion rings were amazing. Homemade chili meat definitely make this dish awesome. The onion rings were well seasoned and crispy. Often when you bit into the onion ring, the onion pulls out even if you are not trying. This one, there was the yummy onion and crunch in each bit. The floats, freezes and root beer were great too! Stop by if you are in the area. We are glad we did.

Only reason this place got 1 star is because I couldn’t give 0!! Do yourselves a favor and do not stop here, save your time and money. This was the worst service and food. I do not get where you all are saying it is great! Where are you all eating? Manager and server was incompetent in understanding basic math and order taking she even messed up 3 orders next to us!

A tad on the expensive side, but we'll worth it! Ordered chili cheese fries with extra chili meat, there was plenty of meat and cheese in every bite! Will definitely be back as a payday treat! 😋🤗
