Should've gone to McDonalds. I typically don't like to leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. Between so many great reviews, a local recommending it and the wonderful decor we were very excited to try it out. We waited over 1hr for 5 of 6 orders to hit the table while parties our size arrived after, ate and left before us, both the Cajun chicken and shrimp were described as bland, the chicken fried steak plate was tough and had a horrible flavor to the point it couldn't be eaten. My mixed drink was brought in shot glasses one at a time for me to mix myself at the table... We had to seek out our server for refills and sauces. Two plates were missing pieces of the described dish. After waiting 2hrs for the order of salmon we asked for it to go and told them we'd be back after taking pictures at the square. I then waited another 15min while watching someone at the bar be served the same dish... finally got my salmon, which I ate at the hotel, but only half of it was blackened and the rice was undercooked, like crunchy undercooked. The only decent plates were the chicken fingers and fries and the mozzarella sticks. Of the ~$180 spent about $150 was thrown away. Definitively the worst service and food I've had in a long time.

Amazing food! Passing through on a road trip and stopped in. The country fried steak and rosemary fries are to kill for! They were very busy and our waitress did her absolute best to take care of us. I wish I lived closer so I could come back!

Very good restaurant in Winslow. The server Anna was outstanding. She was serving the whole restaurant by herself and also bartending. She probably has 20 plus customers at one point. The food was very good. The Cordon Bleu was different and very tender and good. My friend had a green chili burger and was very pleased. Overall very good meals.

Had an excellent lunch, the rosemary fries were a very nice change to regular fries. Will plan to eat there again on our travels to AZ!

I recommend, if you ever go to WINSLOW ARIZONA, Eat there. You get what you pay for. I'm a BIG GUY (not fat) and I had to leave with a doggie bag. Their beer batter ONION RINGS are a meal in themselves. My wife's QUESADILLA was as big as her large plate. She also took part of it home.

Stopped here for dinner one night while driving the Route 66 portion of our cross country road trip. While Winslow AZ was a little bit of a let down, as in the really only thing here is the "Standing on the corner" attraction with the surrounding gift shops, the food here at Olde Town Grill was exceptional. Non traditional takes on many of the dishes made me want to try several items, however I went with the Salmon. The salmon was one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had. It was fresh, flavorful and juicy. The overall aesthetics of this place was clean and airy. big bar area to sit and enjoy, quite a few tables as well. Bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely come back here for dinner if we are ever in the area again.

Might need more help as we waited over an hour for our food after we ordered. Meatballs were terrible with the spaghetti, but the fries and chicken fried steak were good. Had to find someone so we could get and pay our bill. Place is nice and clean, but needs some focus on their service!

Truly one of the worst dining experiences of 50 years. I waited patiently at my table at the "Seat Yourself" restaurant for 10 minutes waiting for a menu - or even just some eye contact - as one young woman raced around frantically, while the manager appeared somewhat withdrawn and aloof. At ten minutes - and after another group who had arrived after me had gotten their menus and were giving their order - I was acknowledged by the one-same frantic waitress. Having profiled me, she asked "Are you here to pick up?" I informed her that I was not in fact, a delivery man as I may have appeared to her, and that I had assumed that I would be honored with my diligence to the "seat yourself" request. Moving on, I asked for a club soda with lemon and got - you guessed it - club soda straight. I didn't say anything about it and quickly ordered a sandwich without cheese, noting I had an allergy, and asked of the portion was sizable or if I had to order double meat. She assured me it was a good size portion. Lo' and behold, after almost 40 minutes of waiting in this echo chamber of screaming children, my miniature sandwich (now a wrap), arrived with cold, hardened cheese on it, with one of smallest baked potatoes I've ever seen served in a restaurant. I truly thought, at this point, that there was a camera on me, and the world was awaiting my reaction. When I told the waitress I had asked for no cheese, she looked a bit surprised, but she said she remembered, but clearly hadn't remembered or looked when she carried it from the kitchen. She immediately offered someone else's sandwich which she assured me was in the kitchen, right then, and she would give it to me. I told her "no way", and left.Through this all, the (still) aloof manager did nothing to intervene. He literally wandered around intentionally avoiding any possibility of helping or communicating. I guess he feels good getting paid to watch chaos.

WOW! Top notch. The food was off the chart. The gravy on the chicken fried steak was ABSOLUTELY the best I've ever had, no cap(lie). From service to the environment, fantastic experience. Do miss this spot if you are in Winslow.

Our bill was a little more pricey as everything looked good so we ordered in abundance! Prices are great though. It was a very nice, eloquent establishment. Service was great, our waitress was a younger gal...very sweet & attentive! Also, the bloody Mary's were AWESOME... possibly a meal all on their own!!!

Vegetarian options: Numerous options!!

Kid-friendliness: I'm guessing it's a family owned establishment as there were several, very well behaved kids, just hanging out towards the back!!

Parking: Front row!!

the waitress, even though she was new in the job was the most attentive and helpful that you can dream. Her recommendations were right on the spot. The pulled pork sandwich, delicious, and the French fries with herbs, to die for. the ribs were ok, but the salad was very fresh and great. I strongly recommend to eat at this restaurant. It is well worth the price that is also reasonable.

Parking: right in front a huge parking lot.

Really nice place with attentive, friendly staff and an interesting menu. I like the place but there are a few little things that could really improve the food, IMO. First, the battered fried foods have way too much batter on them. The mushrooms and onion rings are delicious, but way too bready. The grilled chicken was over cooked and tough. I offer these things as a former chef/owner with many years of experience and in the spirit of goodwill. With just a little extra attention to the food, this is a 5 star restaurant.

One point for the great location -- sit outside, listen to the Eagles, and watch people enjoy "standing on a corner in Winslow, Arizona"; another point for our very friendly server. However, we were on a bit of a timetable, and after waiting 30 minutes for our lunch with no end in sight, we paid for our beverages and left. There were very few other customers, so I'm unsure as to what happened. The menu looked great, and if you aren't in a hurry, you might consider giving them a try.
