Not impressed with the changes to the Winslow, Arizona Pizza Hut. From the app, the online phone service, to the wait time of over an hour, it has went downhill. Still waiting on the pizza as I write this.

Absolutely despicable employees. Asking for fresh pizza at a pizza buffet was just too much. Was told that pizza was good until gone. It was almost 1 p.m. Buffet closed at 2p.m. Luckily more people came in and ate their crusty cold pizza. So they had to make some more. Service was extremely lacking. Food even fresh undercooked. Place was dirty. Bathroom gross. Want a refund! Ownership/ Management neglect. And those are the positives

As we were ordering our food they informed us that their soda machine was broken, no poster was posted outside. our server MICHELLE gave us an attitude when we asked if we can buy the 2 liter sodas. After we bought them she continued to show us the most disgusting attitude ever. Little did she know that we could HEAR her talking about us. The other workers were friendly but it’s just MICHELLE who continued her disgusting behavior, throwing our food down on the table along with our ticket.

I just want to say this I by far the worst pizza hit I've ever been to. First they got my order wrong. Made me pay for it so I could get my right order. Then it took an hour for my 2nd order to be made. I walked in and a guy named Armando actually wanted to fight. He acted tough behind all his employees. They said they would refund me and never did. I would say. DO NOT GO HERE....... WORTHLESS

We finished our appetizer, and he finished his entire melt, then we waited in line at the counter... and they STILL weren't close to bringing my pasta out! No apology, and at first weren't going to remove it from our tab. I had absolutely no time to spare, and was already upset. I was not at all rude about the matter. (I'm not a typical Karen lol) We were never informed there would be a wait, so I don't understand why it was such a big deal to not pay $15 for a meal I had plenty of time to receive, but did not.

We dine in at 7:05pm on August 11,2024. A young girl took our order drinks first. She came back then took out pizza,hot wings order. I seen people come in to order then I notice more people ordering and picking up their orders. The server who took our order sitting at the booth in the back on her cellphone. I ask her its almost an hour where our order. She smile and laughs said, I forgot to put in your order ,but its almost done. At 750pm got the hot wings the guy server said, I'm sorry but your ranch is free of charge. Finally he brought out the pizza 8pm. I was upset gone to the cashier ask for the manager she was told her what happen she said I know and talk to her and she new here. The manager said,we discounted you $3.52 so your total $35.26. I told her if she wasn't on her cellphone she would know what to do.
