Totally automated store with little to no customer service. Kiosks do not issue an original receipt. No menu is visible for customers to view unless you want to search through the Kiosks. Reprints of receipts do not have all purchase information. They require personal information from you in order to complete an order. This is not a place for a pleasant dining experience. By the time you finally get your meal you are too mad to be able to enjoy it!

This TB is better than the one in Holbrook. Only bad experiences? 1) a man that comes out from behind the counter to ask the customers how they are doing and if he can get them anything. That is a great part. The bad part of this guy is he came out and let out and let out the largest open mouth burp! There were about 6 customers eating in the dining area, and all of them put their food down. About 10 minutes later, he at least apologized. It was a very gross burp!!

I ordered a 6.29 chicken burrito that's new on the menu and I literally got ripped off there was only 3 pieces of burnt chicken and soggy lettuce in the smallest wrap of a burrito. I'm never going through Taco Bell again but the spicy potato burrito was alright was kind of burnt too.
