Very nice venue, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our food, which was a southwestern pork dish. We also had breakfast here and it was also very good.
Our waitress Vanessa was excellent but after sitting for an hour, all we had received was a shared salad. It was a Saturday night and all the staff we saw were really hustling, so we guessed the delay was from the kitchen. The food arrived eventually, and it was fine. Two things stood out: the corn/black bean soup was delicious. Unusual and so tasty. The cocktails were also excellent. This is pretty much the only game in town fora nice dinner, and it's plenty good enough, but the slow service made it a less than wonderful experience.
The front half of the restaurant is lacking all ambience and bathed in bright light. Limited menu but the prime rib was very tender and delicious. I had to ask for horseradish. And the side potatoes tasted like something they'd just thawed and fried. Not good. At all. Overall I was not impressed.
Still good, but not great. Several items (vegetable platter and wild game platter) no longer on the menu. Veggies hard and under-cooked. Just not the same since John Sharp left.
We had two fabulous dinners and two super delicious breakfasts at The Turquoise Room during our stay at La Posada. Would highly recommended.
The Turquoise Room is absolutely fantastic, housed inside a Mary Colter designed train depot, now a magnificent hotel. All the food, at bit breakfast and dinner, is amazingly prepared with fresh ingredients. Can't wait to be back!
One of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had - corn maiden bowl. Every bite was chuck full of flavor. Our waiter, Antoine , I think, was superlative. So kind and friendly. This was the fourth or fifth time I have eaten here whenever I pass through. It never fails to impress me.
This place is amazing. We had dinner here and it was so good we did breakfast the next day. We have been traveling through Arizona and Utah for over a week and nothing has compared to our meals here. Everything we ate was fantastic…so flavorful and yummy. Also, if you get to stay at the hotel (La Posada) it is also a great experience. Was one of the best places we have EVER stayed at…very unique and full of character, charm, and tranquility.

Solid food in an otherwise wasteland. Fascinating setting. Some interesting menu choices for dinner and breakfast.

Been at this restaurant many times. Always good. Wasn't aware that you needed to reserve a booth when making a reservation (2 months in advance I might add). Somewhat disappointed with the chicken mole'.
What a lovely evening! The food was fantastic. The menu items were inspired and very fresh. We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday with close friends. Everyone's meal was delicious and our server even gifted us with a beautiful birthday song in her native Navajo. Highly recommend.
Delicious food, I especially loved the Buffalo (you have to try it - it's like brisket but more flakey and flavorful). The decor is nice and ties to the history of the La Posada hotel that the restaurant is located in.

My wife and myself had a wonderful dinner tonight at the Turquoise room located in the La Posada Hotel in Winslow, AZ.
We had the Stuffed Squash Blossom as an appetizer they were delicious along with our main courses. Our dinner was a very enjoyable part of our night. And a very special thank you to our waiter Forrest. Super helpful and a very enjoyable person. He elevated our dinning experience.
