Food is amazing. Service wasn’t so good. I live in the wittmann area and every time i go it’s mainly the same elder lady who takes my order. She always has attitude and talks like she doesn’t want to be there. her customer service is unacceptable. Even when somebody from my household or a friend goes there she always has an attitude. I don’t know what her problem is, but it needs to be fixed.

I'm gonna put them in the middle of the road. Sometimes our orders are correct. Sometimes their not. Like tonight. We order here frequently when we aren't feeling good. Our orders are nearly $100 each time. For $100 dollars i would like my order to be correct. I have attached tonight's order issue. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with EXTRA sauce. There's barely any sauce to speak of on this poor sandwich. Also missing cucumbers. There were other mistakes on other sandwiches but mine was the most glaring. And it's a repeat problem every time I order a chicken teriyaki. If you're not comfortable adding extra then give me a cup of sauce.

Lazy rude had nothing prepared all out of meet. They did not prep anything . The two girls working feb 15th should be fired I’ve never seen a more disgustinly lazy sassy disrespectful worker in my life .

I’ve been to this Subway three different times, and every visit has been the same: the manager is extremely rude to both customers and employees. She talks loudly about how she “owns the place” and can do whatever she wants, which makes the whole environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. I honestly don’t understand how this level of behavior is allowed to continue. Until the management changes, I won’t be coming back.

Why do they have their hair all up in the food? Couldn’t even see the nametag cuz it was covered by her hair, but it literally got right up in the food like ?? It’s disgusting, they need to at least wear a ponytail, it’s disgusting. Can’t even know who did it with her nametag covered
No bread, or just the loaf option. Will charge full price sandwich for just the loaf of bread because they say they don’t have a bread option. All the subways across the nation I’ve been to, this is the first one that “didn’t” have the option. Unacceptable

Location is full of flys they’re landing on the breads they have out now that you can’t see the meat area had me thinking how many were there inside the veggies station they were flying around heath inspection is needed no doubt being the only restaurant in the area I’m working had my stomach turned I got sick off the food I had to stop working

Walked in at 9:35pm they had the divider up and where already closed today is June 27th 2024. So dumb people get paid way to much for these fast food jobs and close when ever they want to
