Location is full of flys they’re landing on the breads they have out now that you can’t see the meat area had me thinking how many were there inside the veggies station they were flying around heath inspection is needed no doubt being the only restaurant in the area I’m working had my stomach turned I got sick off the food I had to stop working

TO EVERYONE WANTING TO GO TO THIS SUBWAY DURING THE DAY….DON’T. There is a newer manager (unfortunately assh*les always get this role) that goes by the name Theresa, she has horrible anger issues , can’t control herself, if you ask for ANYTHING extra she thinks she needs to chime in and huff and puff , we asked for extra mayo and she lets out a big “sigh” and roles her eyes. This time we went in and she starts yelling for absolutely no reason because her employee ringing us up asked what sandwiches we had, she says ultimate bmt and cold cut, all I said then was oh I got an Italian bmt, she then points hard directly behind her and yells that is the only Italian sandwhich we have is the ultimate , I said oh okay do you charge more for that? She says how can we charge more that’s the only Italian we have, we haven’t had regular Italian bmt in over 2 years. (Ummm I ordered an Italian bmt just last month from this location and was not charged more) so I just said ya ya I’m done listening to it, (we have had to put up with her disgusting attitude multiple times in the last year) wish the old manager was back, they were actually kind!!! I couldn’t even hear my total that her employee was trying to tell me because she kept running her mouth so I told her to chill , she then snaps her gloves off and tells her employee to make the sandwich then runs to the back lol all while she’s yelling saying I’m gonna tell my boss not to let you back here at this location. lol no problem their food is always uncovered anyway and looks over a day old, wilted lettuce , mushy tomatoes , old pickles and black olives xD all this attitude rubs off on the other workers though, because then they got an attitude but they aren’t the issue, this manager ALL The time has a horrible attitude and I don’t know how anyone works under her. As soon as we walked in she was yelling at one of the girls “CAN I PLEASE GET SOMETHING TO CUT THIS PIZZA” while rolling her eyes and sighing all because no one brought up something to cut it when they opened.

Honestly stopped at the gas station that thus subway is attached too. Headed to Wickenburg with us60/grand Ave backed up for over an hour due to construction, we needed out of the Dr ruck for a few minutes.

3/13/24: 6pm Dinner Meal: We would like to commend the crew at the Wittmann Subway. Despite being out of most ingredients, they really made do with what they could work with and kept things real. And not common with young crew members but the one on duty when we went was quick on his feet, knew his stuff and was patient.

Very Bad experience I have done, me and my friend we ordered two sandwiches, one non veg & one veg, there was an lady staff(old lady), she was not treating normally, it’s like rudely, she was not listening us properly, when she gives us the sandwiches she put the wrong sticker, green to non veg and red to veg, I am vegetarian from my childhood, when I took one bite then I came to know her mistake, I felt vary bad.

The workers here are not really knowledgeable. They get irritated easily. They won't accept any bill over $20... no ifs ands or buts! They are usually out of alot, so have a few options on your mind before you walk in. They get my order wrong about 2 out of 3 times i go. But they're isn't anything else in Wittmann. It's attached to the shell gas station... cheaper to buy your drinks at Shell!

Ben and Skyler were terribly rude. Not just to me but to everyone they interacted with during my visit. They should not be in a position dealing with customers.This location was out of quite a few ingredients. I did not wait, walked right up to give my order and they expressed rudeness that I did not read a sign they had posted on the glass folded down. They expressed this same shortness and entitlement to every customer. Please re-evaluate these two employees immediately.
