I’ve lived in this area for over 15 years and have always had good experiences at Jack in the Box #1194—until my recent visit with Julia M. Unfortunately, her attitude and service were extremely unprofessional.

From the start, she had a noticeably unpleasant attitude. I had to repeat my order three times: a #6 with light lettuce, no pickles, a Coke medium meal with curly fries. Despite that, my order was still wrong—I was given a Dr. Pepper instead of a Coke, and the curly fries were barely curly (only two fries in the box fit that description). When I politely mentioned my drink was incorrect, it felt like I was inconveniencing her.

While placing my order, Julia sighed multiple times and gave short responses, which made the experience uncomfortable. At the window, her facial expressions showed clear frustration, and when I asked her to repeat my total (because I couldn’t hear her the first time), she acted as though I was interrupting her day.

This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from this location. Julia M would benefit from proper training and coaching on customer service. A positive attitude goes a long way in making customers feel welcome, and unfortunately, this experience left me not even wanting to eat my meal.

I ordered the sourdough meal and when I opened the wrap to my burger it was plain with one tomato and one little tiny bacon I paid $12.48 for it I was highly disappointed for I am a cook for myself and I would just went to my own restaurant to order a 12.48 meal I'm still hungry I'm so sad

I didn't receive my rice bowl meal, and the phone is never answered. I love this place however last time this happened, yeh it just recently happened a week ago but I like the service and food. I can't do it again tho cause I am 82 and can't drive that much so this time I was just out about $10. At 82yo That is a lot of money.

I don’t normally leave reviews for Jack in the Box because, honestly, my experiences in the past haven’t been the best. But this time the employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a special request for a Twisted Orange soda, and Kiara went above and beyond to make it happen. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days—thank you, Kiara, for making my visit such a great one!

Just Me

My 2 young grandkids enjoy eating here after school. It is amazing how the prices have almost doubled since last year! Lunch for my grandkids was almost $26.00 the previous week we were there. So, this week, when we went, I made certain to take my coupons. The customer service is wonderful and the restaurant is very clean.
