I don’t normally leave reviews for Jack in the Box because, honestly, my experiences in the past haven’t been the best. But this time the employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a special request for a Twisted Orange soda, and Kiara went above and beyond to make it happen. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days—thank you, Kiara, for making my visit such a great one!

My 2 young grandkids enjoy eating here after school. It is amazing how the prices have almost doubled since last year! Lunch for my grandkids was almost $26.00 the previous week we were there. So, this week, when we went, I made certain to take my coupons. The customer service is wonderful and the restaurant is very clean.

When ever I come here during the day or evening it’s always great. The manager has always fixed any issues I may have had. However when I go late at night or early morning before 5 am the ladies working don’t seem to care about customer service or being friendly. I once ordered and they lost the order in their system. After asking and showing my receipt the lady literally just shut the window in my face. I don’t recommend going late night.
