For the price I paid for a plate of food it was definitely not worth it. Waffles were undercooked, chicken had no seasoning or crunch, and the Mac was not appetizing. Maybe it was just an off day for the restaurant but I'm not willing to pay those high prices again. The staff was nice though.

Food is great, the service and people are great. It’s just the ordering by phone part that sucks. You can call all three numbers multiple times and be lucky if they answer at all. Way easier to order in person and tell if they are open or not.

Bring your own live music. Has a stage and dance lights ! Had a blast! Come down Saturday nights this month, my best friend is playing live. I will attach a photo of the flyer. Staff was amazing. Great food. Lots of interaction between customers and entertainers.

Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for the kids. Kids were dancing on the dance floor to the live music the whole time I was there. They had a blast!

Parking: Lots of parking right at the building in front and on the side. No walking.

Wheelchair accessibility: All the front parking is at the building and on flat ground and no stairs to enter the restaurant either!

Excellent food. Best chicken in Az. Service is the best you could ask for & old school. Has to be tried.

Food was simply amazing and the service was outstanding. The owner Rags makes you feel like you are a guest in his home.

Like-Homemade deliciousness. I was really craving some fried, crispy chicken ?. Omg. The chicken and waffles is hands down my fav. The chicken is crispy, crunchy on the outside and juicy, flavorful on the inside. It was just soo good. The portions are huge on whatever you order. My only gripe wasn’t even mine it was my kiddos, she wanted Mac and cheese but didn’t like that it had jalapeños in it. She tore up the chicken and the waffles tho.

Very low key but fun atmosphere. BYOB. The chicken and shrimp we ordered was juicy and very tasty.

Came in last week from Alabama and imma just say the greeting, food, and atmosphere was great. It was byob so that goes without saying. I ordered the rags special with a side of greens and it tasted just like alabama which has been hard to find in the Phoenix area ?. Great food, family, and vibe will for sure return to listen to more blues and good food even if they take me last 2 dollars in the words of JT ?~ fred

My husband and I had dinner tonight at Rags. Words cannot express how wonderful our experience was. My husband had the ribs and I had the fried chicken. Honestly the best of both we have ever had. The ribs are smoked just perfectly. The chicken is tender and moist with the skin being perfectly crisp and amazing flavor. Everyone who worked there made us feel like we had known them forever. Our server was super sweet. We will be returning again and again!

I ate here once with my daughter and the food was fantastic.Tried to eat here again tonight but was unsuccessful. Even though the hours posted on the outside of the building say open til 10pm on Monday, the door was locked. A kid came out and informed me that they close early on Mondays, at 8:00(I arrived at 8:02)Terrible way to run a business.If you're not open til 10, then don't lie and say you are.

Had the chicken and waffles, cooked fresh and was very good. Restaurant itself not much but recommend you definitely try the chicken. Owner was wonderful with a great story. One order plenty of food for two people

The food was so good. Me and my whole family went. The fish sandwich was really good cooked perfectly along with the chicken.The waffles were really tasty.Sweet tea was perfect. I highly recommend stopping by.
