ordered mozzarella sticks, a hawaiian cone, and a pepperoni cone and it was better than i could’ve expected. the owner was personable and had such a great conversation with my husband and i while we waited for our food. super clean food truck outside of a physical store, the cheese was especially fresh and it was PACKED with it!!! if you love cheese you will love these. the mozzarella sticks had a cheese pull i was genuinely surprised by and the outside was crispy & overall super yummy. my only minor criticisms would be to maybe provide a paper boat with the cones (we got to go so that may be why we didn’t get one) as yall are beautifully generous with the amount of ingredients in the cone and they can get a little messy lol. i also would love to see ranch on the dips/extras section of the menu, especially for the appetizers. overall a really great experience and a really great owner, if you’re thinking of stopping by definitely do!
