This Punjabi cowboy truck-stop is an oasis of flavor in the midst of the I-40 food desert. Both the meat and vegetarian offerings were authentic and delicious. The over-the-top wild west decor culture clashes beautifully with the Punjabi music videos playing on the dining hall's flat-screen TV. The Indian snack selection is also quite good, if you want to load up on road snacks, featuring flavors such as: "Naughty Tomato" and "Tasty Nuts."
Guru Ka Langar has been installed here with great devotion keeping in mind the Martyrdom Day, all the employees are very good. May God bless them with twice as much progress day and night for this meritorious work.
