After spending nearly $40 in the drive thru following a long shift for both myself and my spouse, the manager repeatedly begged us to leave a five star review. Once we got home in the middle of a blizzard, we realized half the order was missing.
Mistakes happen. What followed is the real issue. Resolving this took weeks and multiple emails just to get a response. Nearly a month later, someone from the ownership group finally asked if I had gone back to the store, explaining that drive thru refunds must be handled in person. That was never communicated earlier despite repeated attempts to resolve this.
This made it clear the problem is not one location but the ownership group’s lack of coordination and basic communication across their restaurants. When a company cannot manage a simple order error or clearly explain its own refund process, it reflects deeper management issues. I would caution both customers and anyone considering working for locations owned by this group.

If I were to change anything.. please go back to the old Chipotle dip and old onions rings. These new ones fall apart all the time.

Food was good until Alfred came up smelling so bad it ruined my appetite, I can’t believe the amount of stench I smelt but gosh I almost gagged. Also why does bro get up and talk to everyone when they’re trying to eat smelling like that, safe to say I won’t be eating in if I see his bike outside.
