I came here with my grandma and I asked for a tea we had to buy another tea cause it was watery. They gave my grandma the wrong tea were rude not great service the place is not clean they don't pick up the trays and clean the tables where never going back their a waste of money and horrible service!
Drive thru order was cold and old. They didn’t have fries so I had to substitute sweet potatoe fries in my combos. Got charged extra and they were limp, soggy and cold. The chicken sandwiches had sat on the shelf and were cold as well. Over $40 for a totally UNsatisfactory meal. If there was a decent substitute in town they would not get my business again.

Stood inline for ten minutes, let a old couple go ahead of us, go to the till, all of a sudden the boards changed, breakfast was gone, it’s 11:02, we wanted classics, and they wouldn’t do it, I’ve had under cooked burgers from here before so this is will be last time I come here, went home and cooked bacon and eggs myself

I have been to A&W many times. Usually it's pretty good. This time. Long wait had to send it back twice because it was not what I ordered. All Canadian breakfast. Was cold, eggs under cooked.
