Ordered fries to go .a few long chips,the rest was just all scraps . Ordered hot chocolate, the staff could not get the machine to work ,ten minutes later they came to the drive window and said they had no chocolate. They wanted $ 4.00 for a medium hot chocolate. I drove over to Tim Hortons, got a great medium hot chocolate for $ 2.60

Not a bad location. Food was what you'd expect, well done there. I'm really not happy with the dining room. They still have 80% of the dining room blocked off. Originally this was due to the pandemic, now it's just pointless. To top that off, the few tables that were open, were filthy. Pretty sure they hadn't been wipe down all day. Staff was friendly though, all smiles from them.Parking: Lots of parking for little cars to big rigs.

Kid-friendliness: Came for the free kids packs on family day. Super busy but they managed the environment well. Food came quickly and they kept the place clean and organized even though there were a lot of people here.

A&W 100 Mile - the only local restaurant where you get a mystery order almost every time!You ask for one thing, they give you another!Over half the time I order here, they get it wrong.It's not like I'm ordering something special with substitutions or anything, just regular food.Please train your drive thru staff to be better at listening to orders, and your kitchen staff to be better at making food.Always a disappointment.
