Food was good tonight. Atmosphere was nice and chill for date night. Appies exceptional we had thr baja tacos and thr mains were good. Desert took too long to come and was sub par. Overall big improvement from their grand opening. We will be back

I was not disappointed by PV cuisine.
Ambiance and service were excellent.
I had the cornich hen and it delivered. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail, from the bird to the orzo to the veg, top notch. Was that a raspberry glaze?
I'd eat here again tomorrow but they take Tuesday off. Heh we all have to rest.
I wouldn't hesitate to bring a friend here, I know I'll be back when I'm in town.

We were staying at the hotel next door from the PV restaurant and the front desk ladies highly recommended it. My husband had the schnitzel and I had the pancetta pork tacos and they were both delicious, for dessert we orders the Aztec chocolate volcano and it was absolutely amazing. If we come back this way I will definitely eat here again.

I had no expectation in such a small, rural town with no fancy hotels, but I pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant offering dishes at a fine dining level. The Cornish hen dish was outstanding. The skin was perfectly crispy while the meat remained juicy and tender. It paired beautifully with the orzo pasta. The Mexican burger was little dry. We regretted we didn’t order two hen dishes. If you ever find yourself in Cariboo, be sure to visit this restaurant.

Absolutely no complaints. Staff was polite, professional and accommodating. Ate here because was staying at the Ramada next door. The food is amazing, very excellent chef! I had the Stuffed Cornish Hen and it was very delicious. I needed an itemized receipt but their printer wasn't working, and when I requested one, my server write one up without any complaints. Fancy place, nice atmosphere, if you're seeking a nice place to bring your lady.

Our first time here. The service was lovely, warm & friendly. We ordered the slow cook pork belly in a red wine reduction and the Cornish hen. Fantastic! From the presentation to the flavours our eye’s & tastebuds had a wonderful trip! The beers on tap were great and the Aztec Volcano cake didn’t disappoint! A soft, rich velvety chocolate cake with fresh berries & homemade ice cream!

July 28, 2024 my brother and I had dinner at PV based on a recommendation from the Motel we stayed at (Days Inn). It was a very short walk from the motel, less than two minutes, we were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server was very nice and offered menu suggestions, along with a special. We both had the same meal, the Argentinian burger, that came with pork bellies. The burger was presented very nicely on wooden board. It was an outstanding burger! For desert I had the chocolate lava cake, which was prepared fresh, making it worth the very short wait. My brother had the s'mores cheesecake which he equally enjoyed. In my opinion the food quality rivals anything available for me here in Victoria on the Island, if the restaurant were local to me, it would be on my favourite list to visit regularly. We agreed, that a stop in 100 Mile for dinner is well worth it based on the quality of food presented at PV.
