I find the place and little pricey when you go for breakfast but the food is good.

Got asked if I wanted 1 soup for 6 dollars or refillable soup for 12 dollars, I did the refillable for 12 and was cut off after only having 2 soups, so basically I just paid for 2 soups and the owner says well you get a piece of garlic toast with it, false advertising

Work travel lunch. Host was friendly. Water and menu provided quickly. Food was tasty. I had gluten free mushroom omlete with the hashbrowns and hollandaise. Server was very busy.

Served two broken rubbery eggs

So I ordered a western Benny. Get my order which was a classic Benny from the waitress, and had two bites to realize I was eating the wrong Benny. The guy behind me was another customer who got my Benny and I got his Benny. The waitress/manager brings his plate over and goes do you want to put your potatoes on his plate and eat this Benny which he ate off of. I said no thank you. For there screw up they didn't charge me for 25cents of coffee. In the end make sure you get what you order or else you won't even get a discount for their screw up!

I typically do not leave reviews BUT today was somewhat disappointing. We were so looking forward to lovely lunch and have been to Smittys in Manitoba and Alberta with each experience being INCREDIBLE.

Not today in the 100 mile location. Mind you we did get there just after 2 for a 3 pm close and we knew that...The staff were friendly but the food was entirely sub pare.....cold fries, weird Luke warm fish, and random burnt hashbrowns mixed into our Luke warm French fries.

We were never asked how our meal was...we ate it, got the bill and left hungry still but they were obviously closing so we ate and ran.

Very outdated building. Not your typical Smittys experience at all truthfully. We literally drove there due to past experiences at other locations.

We read the reviews when we got home. Oops.

Our meals looked VERY thrown together
Nice waitresses but once we got our food we were really on our own.....We wouldn't return to this location sadly.

Love this place. Its quiet environment is great to get together with friends. Awesome soup and the Lunch combo is great

Parking: Loads of free parking. Parking lot is a bit bumpy but so are all the rest in 100 mile

Kid-friendliness: Always have crayons and high chairs available

Wheelchair accessibility: All one level and 2 wide doors to get through. Wide aisles to move a chair around

Went for breakfast today. My eggs Benny were as ordered. But my husband's meal was over cooked hash browns that you couldn't stab with a fork. Burnt bacon he broke with his fork, overcooked sausages. Toast was very well done and no butter. When he asked for new toast. It was warm bread with butter that arrived. NOT toast. Coffee refills are a thing of the past at this restaurant. I watched many tables sitting with no coffee. Then when someone did pick up a pot they did 2 tables. Sad sad. Won't ever be back. Wow won't even look at us when dropping the bill.

We got there around 630 Am. The waitress was right with us and friendly. Ordered a great breakfast( forgot to take pics, to hungry...) Reasonably priced. Have not been to a Smitty's in years.

Good service, good coffee, good breakfast. It could use some updates.

Food is great as always and the staff service is amazing. It gets busy at times but that is a good sign of a good business!

I used to visit this restaurant regularly, but after a concerning experience, I stopped going.
During a breakfast/lunch, I found a worm on my broccoli. We immediately notified the waitress, and a man—presumably the host or manager—took the plate with the worm still on it. He didn’t say anything; he just took it away.

OUR biggest mistake is we forgot to take a photo of the brocoli with worm on it.. chubby worm to.

We immediately stop eating and went to the entrance to wait for our bill for my husband meal to pay( he didint even finish his meal to).
Despite not consuming the meal, we were charged for half of my meal and full charge on my husband (which we don’t have a problems with) but with my meal ????

When we inquired about this, the manager rudely explained that since I ate half of the meal, we were being charged for half. We were disappointed by his attitude and the lack of professionalism.

We previously submitted a complaint and review but received no response. The service quality has declined significantly since this manager took over. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to friends or visitors. The comments are still mostly negative..

Great sit down restaurant, feels like the good old days!

We’ve been coming to this Smitty’s for over 10 years now and it’s always been good. Somewhat recently ownership changed and so did a couple of menu items. The food was fresh and served in a timely manner. At issue is why does ownership change things up when they didn’t have to? The wrap I usually order now has spring mix instead of iceberg, the fries are always way underdone and tasteless and the hamburger item my husband usually gets has changed as well. The staff are friendly. This location is in dire need of a renovation (especially the bathroom). We will cone again at some point but we’ll try some other places for now.
