This Smitty's is exactly what you expect and that's not a bad thing. It's a reliable, older-style restaurant that serves decent food, especially when you're in the mood for a classic, filling breakfast.
What works:
Breakfast options are a standout. With large portions and a variety of choices, you get good value for your money. They even offer all-day breakfast.
The food is solid and consistent. While it's not a culinary revelation, the food is exactly what you expect from a family restaurant, with some items like omelettes and skillets being especially well-regarded.
The service is consistently efficient and friendly, with servers working hard to keep up even when it's busy.
What could be improved:
The atmosphere is quite dull. It's an older building that could use a renovation to brighten up the dated decor.
The coffee is not the best. If you're a black coffee drinker, you may find the coffee weak.
Ultimately, Smitty's in 100 Mile House is a dependable, no-frills family diner. Come for the great breakfast and reliable service, and don't expect a thrilling dining experience.

Regular fare, no surprise and excellent service.
Had the short rib beef dip..
Certainly the worst lve ever had..
2 tiny diagonals of bun with very dry bit of meat on one edge..
Seemed like freezer burnt..
Tried chewing it but ended up having to leave chewed meat on plate and so salty even the outside of the bun tasted of extreme salt.
All l can taste 2 hours later is salt..
Disappointing...
Decent food. Very expensive.
Great food and service.
Friendly servers

Got asked if I wanted 1 soup for 6 dollars or refillable soup for 12 dollars, I did the refillable for 12 and was cut off after only having 2 soups, so basically I just paid for 2 soups and the owner says well you get a piece of garlic toast with it, false advertising
Work travel lunch. Host was friendly. Water and menu provided quickly. Food was tasty. I had gluten free mushroom omlete with the hashbrowns and hollandaise. Server was very busy.
