Location needs to improve their line up order taking ability. They cant seem to figure out who was there first and take the wrong peoples order constantly. Patience is one thing but having people drive around you in the drive thru who arrived after you is pretty annoying overall.
Mannnnn, makes me really miss small town living. Was very greatful to be able to stop by here. Today, I got to help a older gentleman get his butter biscuits 🤣 and too me, that brought me more happiness than a lot of things 🤣
I always enjoy coming through the drive-through. I've become a regular, and everyone has always been so friendly. However, my experience the other day far surpassed my normal visits. Gabby (not sure if that's how you spell her name) went above and beyond for us and had the best customer service we've experienced there yet. We left the drive-through, smiling and laughing. I hope this gets back to her and she gets recognized for her amazing service.
