Manpreet is so rude ! I was at drive thru I ordered eggs - specifically asked for salt pepper and ketchup ! There is nothing in my bag ! When I called store- she said she didn’t hear me and I should have double checked at the window! Didn’t even appologize or anything ! Surprisingly she’s the manager !!!!! She has 0 customer service skills !!!!!! I am an everyday customer here and this has never happened before ! I’m very disappointed with her behaviour !

I suggest that people who buy drive thru check their foods carefully before leaving. Today, my drink have no straw, my fries have no ketchup. When I get back to ask for it, the Indian lady didn't have any apologetic attitude, but were very impatient instead. Ok, fine. Well done.
Came in early ~10am and ordered a teen burger combo. Service was good, workers behind the counter were friendly and efficient.
My order was made fresh in under 10mins. Super cold A&W root beer in a big mug chilled to an advertised -15 degrees, was also very good. Glad I remember they served hamburgers (and breakfast) all day. Glad I stopped at this convenient location.

This a&w has gone downhill so much, we ordered a couple papa burgers with cheese asked for extra seasoning cause they never use it and they still didn't use any, the fries tasted like they been laying around for hours, burgers absolutely no flavor could not even finish it. Mission a&w is by far way better
