I simply came in and ordered a bacon and anger with a hash brown and ketchup and I asked for them to put it all together in the sandwich so that I don't have to do that with my dirty hands but nope everything separated in the bag.
Also they are no longer using large eggs in their breakfast sandwiches as a way to cut costs.
So this will be one more person in society that is no longer going to spend money here.

Hello I came to A and W, as often as I come. I came today at 12:45AM. Drove 20 mins as it is 24/7 Aand W. I ordered 2 haberno chicken burgers, I said extra onions, and pickles, with tomatoes and lettuce. And I got one as a meal, fries and a drink. Two honey mustards and a chipotle. Said make chicken fresh and made sure to say extra onions. STAFF assured me and said to wait 5-10 mins. I did not mind. Waited. Got food. Came home
This is not about money. The burgers were ONLY patties, sauce and buns. BOTH burgers. I have videos recorded of it. What a waste of time 20 mins both ways.
I do not even want refund. I could have gone to dennys or mcdonalds to eat but I enjoy A and W. BUT the staff should have been more competent. After a phone call staff assured they had “checked” and made sure everything was in there.

The food did not taste good.
They added the tiniest piece of lettuce into my chubby chicken burger, and it was soggy! It’s supposed to have 2-3 pieces of lettuce at least! Fries were incredibly bland and tasteless.
Not worth the money at all.

This restaurant has one of the nicest and professional staff. Especially Mahnoor she is the kindest staff and does an excellent job providing an exceptional service to customers.

Most abysmal service I’ve ever encountered, I don’t know what the purpose is of having an employee standing at the front near the to-go bags, literally just taking up oxygen, not doing anything, on top of that, waiting 10 mins to get my order taken, restaurant completely empty, and then waiting another 15 minutes to get stone cold food. It’s unreal what’s happened the standard of service.

Went through the drive thru, they made me wait 10 minutes for my food. When she finally brought it out it was stone cold (burger and fries) I asked her how long was it sitting there? She said it was freshly made... uggh an obvious lie! I asked for a refund. Terrible customer service!!

I'm an Uber driver. I came to pick up a customer's delivery around 7:50 PM this evening. I told the restaurant staff that an Uber pickup was coming and waited. Then, a blond male employee pushed a drink cup with a displeased expression and told me to get it myself. He laughed derisively. I'm an Uber driver, not an employee of this restaurant. However, since I had an appointment with the customer, I had no choice but to fill the drink myself, even taking the lid and straw. I felt like I was being discriminated against, but I had to drive, so I endured it. Shouldn't the restaurant staff be responsible for preparing the food and packaging for delivery? The employee's attitude was racist, disregarding the delivery people and treating them with racist behavior. I'd like to speak with the manager and receive an apology for the racism. I'll wait for a reply.

I came in around 5 today and had a great experience. I had a really nice conversation with two younger employees—both were incredibly wholesome, friendly, and welcoming. As someone who isn’t a regular at A&W, I really appreciated them taking the time to offer multiple suggestions and even handing me a coupon book before I ordered. Their kindness made a big impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great service!
