I'm an Uber driver. I came to pick up a customer's delivery around 7:50 PM this evening. I told the restaurant staff that an Uber pickup was coming and waited. Then, a blond male employee pushed a drink cup with a displeased expression and told me to get it myself. He laughed derisively. I'm an Uber driver, not an employee of this restaurant. However, since I had an appointment with the customer, I had no choice but to fill the drink myself, even taking the lid and straw. I felt like I was being discriminated against, but I had to drive, so I endured it. Shouldn't the restaurant staff be responsible for preparing the food and packaging for delivery? The employee's attitude was racist, disregarding the delivery people and treating them with racist behavior. I'd like to speak with the manager and receive an apology for the racism. I'll wait for a reply.

I came in around 5 today and had a great experience. I had a really nice conversation with two younger employees—both were incredibly wholesome, friendly, and welcoming. As someone who isn’t a regular at A&W, I really appreciated them taking the time to offer multiple suggestions and even handing me a coupon book before I ordered. Their kindness made a big impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great service!

This is the first time reviewing a restaurant and I had to leave a review because the service and food was so great. The guy at the till was patient with me as I had never been to an A&W. He gave me recommendations of food to try and I got my food almost instantly! All the tables were clean and the floor was spotless. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area -Danny

One of the worst A&W locations I've ever visited. Food is very often not made fresh when I mobile order and come a few minutes later for pickup. Employees seem to hide in the back and not notice when an order comes in. I don't have many options for food late at night so I've visited this location many times hoping for a hot meal and been very disappointed. If the food is made fresh it's actually good but often you will get room temperature fries and a heat lamp burger.

Shocked at the customer service. Visited this store on 7th July around 6 pm. The guy at the front who took my order was extremely rude. I have never experienced this rude customer service. First the guy didnt want to take my order then that guy literally threw food at me. And when I asked for ketchup he threw them at me. Shocked that he is employed with this attitude. And sad because have never experienced anything like this in Canada before.

Just ordered 2 papa burgers with cheese and onion rings, I don't understand what ever happened to A&W they used to be so good loved their seasoning, unfortunately the ones we had were so tasteless onion rings not much better, you need to bring back the A&W seasoning
I think food wise a&w burger is more tasty and juicy than mc donalds.

i don’t leave reviews usually but the food was atrociously bad. i asked for sweet potato fries but got regular fries instead, the onion rings i ordered tasted like pure salt, and my burger tastes like they made a burger out of cardboard and paper and then doused in salt and sauce. the bread was weirdly chewy, the beyond meat patty here was so dry it genuinely felt like i was eating cardboard and the lettuce tastes like paper. not to mention the fries were dry as hell too.
