Just went through the drive thru to get a burger. Ordered a burger combo with no cheese. My burger came with cheese on it, it came with what I can barely call a single strip of bacon, and it came with burger patties that must've been atleast an hour old because they were dry, rubberery and tasted horrible. I couldn't eat the burger for multiple reasons.
I called to complain and they are giving me a new burger tomorrow, but honestly the combination of messing up my order, giving me barely any bacon, and serving me patties that were basically inedible is a level of laziness and incompetence that it unacceptable.
I will be returning for a (hopefully) fresh burger tomorrow, and then taking my business elsewhere.

Had a great breakfast at 8.30 on Sat Sept 7 2024. Freshly made bacon and egg on English muffin, great hash browns and good coffee. The puppy Pattie apparently was good too as the ? really enjoyed it. Great job from the crew at Whatcom Road Abbotsford.

I ordered 2 chicken buddies. What kind of food is this? This was't even cooked properly. Super hard to eat. Couldn't even take a one bite. May be i need steel tooth to eat this chicken. I ate lots of time at different locations. But this location is worse. Wasted my time and money. I had to get out of home again to search for food . Never coming back to whatcom location A and W. I avoid wasting and throwing food in the garbage. But this food has to go in the garbage .

Supervisor Robby’s behaviour was extremely rude towards me. That was not a matter of root beer coupon it was a matter of how she dealt with customers i am a regular customer of A&W and she spoke with me like she is the boss and customer is nothing to her. I am very disappointed with her behaviour towards customers , i thought to visit again and nothing changed she still was very rude to me .

Usually stop here on the way home from Vancouver. Food is usually pretty good, sometimes the fries are old and stale. 30 dollars for two burgers and two fries is ridiculous

Absolutely unacceptable. I'm not one to really complain typically but this is absolutely absurd. After we spent 30 dollars WITH coupons my PREGNANT wife bites into her chicken sandwich and it's UNDERCOOKED.... HOW DO YOU UNDERCOOK CHICKEN AND SELL IT??? And in the comments I'm seeing pictures of moldy bread too????? Absolutely disgusting. I'll be calling in the morning to find out the night shift managers name and reporting it to corporate. I hate being like this but as a chef myself to serve someone moldy bread and undercooked chicken. And have your manager not catch it, something isn't right. Will NOT be returning
