I placed an order through the app. When I first got the food the order was cold so I requested that the food to be remade. They staff that was their was soo rude, belligerent and argumentative. Even the supervisor that was there was acting the same way. When they finally remade the order it was made wrong, with over cooked dried out meat. My mother first discovered the mistake it was too late as she has a bad cold so we couldn't even switch. I have tired anf tried to contact customer service but they done care. All they keep saying is we remade the food. IT WAS MADE WRONG. I 'm still trying to get my money back and this happended on November 27th 2024

Nice place for a cheap breakfast. They are hot and cold when it comes to doing eggs the way you would like them. Not happy when you dine in that now you have to drink from a paper cup which makes more garbage. They should keep the glass mugs for dine in customers.

So if your restaurant is closed, perhaps you shouldn't have the flashing neon lights, saying you're open? I'm honestly not even going to waste my time coming back here again! Why are most other locations 24 hours, and yet you have your lights on, but are closed???

We have been going here for years! But tonight was just terrible! Just like everything else in Abby when it comes to food and service. When we ordered our food the guy taking our order kept asking again what we wanted after we said it 2 times, before we drove up to the window we saw our order on the drive through screen. But when we got to the window . He gave us the wrong order. And the price was different . So we asked for the food we ordered . We ordered a grandpa burger with fries combo and a chubby chicken sandwich by itself and a water. Instead of trying to clarify the order . He comes back with fries in a bag saying he thought we wanted a combo ? We only had 1 burger and fries in a bag and was missing the other burger . How could we want another combo without the burger? 😒He then became angry and started to tell us this is what we ordered? Like no! We didn’t . He never apologized nor tried to recap the order to get it right. He was dismissive which made us upset. It’s not rocket science and no we don’t go to A&W to cause problems with our food order. We just wanted what we ordered. But this tween or teen was vile , rude and clearly mentally ill. We asked for a refund. And he slammed the window. This employee needs to listen and pay attention to what he is doing. He needs coaching and training of how to deal with consumers/customers. The worst part is there was an Indian woman helping him the whole time but she didn’t think at all to actually take over the situation and talk to us to help resolve the issue. Do not go here!

Would have probably given a zero if there was an option… The staff is so rude. The management really needs to hire people who are actually polite and know how to communicate. The ladies at drive thru do not know how to talk to people, let alone be kind. Request to the manager to please rethink and hire better people!!
Was at the drive thru around 8:20pm today. Firstly, the girls didn’t understand the order and then at the window they were busy talking and when I requested them to make the order fresh, they said to come back and get the food after 10 mins. Usually as a courtesy to the customer they hand it over to the parked car, but the two girls at the drive thru were busy chatting and then a minute later said it is your problem that you want it fresh and not hers so I would have to come in to get it, then whats the fun of having a drive thru if i still need to go in to get the food. Customer service is zero.

Terrible customer service, Two girls standing, and gossiping next to window and refusing to hand out the order where we parked as it was gonna take 8-10 minutes. Full of attitude, rude behaviour.Srsly ,the management really needs to look deeper into these matter otherwise no one would prefers to visit this location because of a few employees.

Over the past few years it has felt like more of a coin 🪙 toss as to whether I get barely warm fries or fresh food. Tails it's hot; heads is meh. Sometimes it got so bad that it felt more like a "two headed coin!" (Batman reference 🦇) Today it landed on tails. I am guessing because I was at the end of a dinner rush. Things were so much better several years ago when different people ran it. But A&W still beats most if the other fast food options. What you get varies from location so caveat emptor.
