I bought a delicious coffee as a gift for my boyfriend. I am sharing his review.
"Morning, Mara first sip of Clearbrook coffee, very balanced very smooth. Not acidic at all has a nice chocolatey flavor. I give it five stars."
We will definitely buy that coffee again from -Clearbrook 948 Dark-
Afterthoughts Dessert in Abbotsford is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! This charming dessert spot offers an incredible selection of treats that are both visually stunning and delicious. I tried their signature cake and it was divine—moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented!
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying dessert with friends or just treating yourself. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose from their impressive menu.
I also loved the variety of options, from classic desserts to unique creations that you won't find anywhere else. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by Afterthoughts Dessert—you won't regret it!

I have had the same subpar interaction with the older lady everytime I have come in. Gave it a couple times but her customer skills are just not there (and I still tip everytime) but everyone else who works there is friendly. It makes you feel unwelcome. Although the dessert is always amazing, the interaction(s) with customers could be better.

My favourite place in Abbotsford! The desserts are so delicious and their drinks are consistently delicious as well. I wish there were more dairy free options for dessert - I know they aren't marketed as a dairy free dessert place but selfishly I wish they had more to choose from.

I went to have a quick breakfast.
Compared to Korra or other breakfast restaurants, there are many products made in-house, and the coffee tastes good. I went there on a friend's recommendation and it was great.

Very disappointing. Cakes were dry, staff was “this is a job so hi” but just overall not great. Have been there 25 times at least. Have ordered cakes for special occasions but just dissatisfied 3 times in a row. Not sure what happened here.

Gone so downhill. The staff is not pleasant and this business does not support local or their community.
Didn’t realize till I got home that one of the staff there accidentally gave us the wrong cake, she was apologetic and very sweet but the owner or supervisor was extremely rude and basically threw the box with the correct cake on the front counter and walked away.

Such a cute place.
Really yummy desserts and coffee. Went for a little date night and it will definitely be in our regular rotation.

The food was absolutely amazing, I have never been here before and had a gift card catching dust, I lad lunch and a slice of cheesecake for around $15 and it was worth every penny I had. The people who work here are also so friendly and kind!

The person at the front register with "supervisor" on the name tag was very gruff and unwelcoming. I purchased the shortbread cookie. It was stored in the fridge which made it mushy, and it had a strange "old fridge" taste. This was a disappointing visit, and the attention to detail is not there. The old Afterthoughts location was much better.

The quality at Afterthoughts has really declined over the years. I got a German chocolate cake and carrot cake slice and took it home to eat. I drove minutes home and when I ate it the chocolate cake was extremely dry and flavourless. The carrot cake was almost the opposite and extremely mushy but also lacked flavour. For the amount you pay for a couple slices you can get a whole chocolate sheet cake from Costco that won’t disappoint.
