We visited BarBurrito on their busy Buy One Get One Free day, and even though we showed up just 10 minutes before closing, Kulvir was incredibly kind and welcoming. Despite how hectic it must’ve been, she still took our order with a smile and made us feel valued. Her amazing attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out. I really hope her kindness gets noticed—she definitely deserves a raise or bonus for going above and beyond. Thank you, Kulvir!

The customer service is very bad here.
The girl working up at the front was extremely rude. When i walked in the store , she went to the girl working at the back, they talked about something. She came to front took my order. The quesadillas cheese was not melted at all. Please let them know the timming… the girl at the back was laughing for no reason, its so rude… have some manners….when i asked , I don’t want chips can i have a sauce instead, she be like you can’t do that?? Nd at the end she be like, you can’t have an apple juice . You have to get a bottle water… extremely rude… no body is getting food for free. Everyone pays for food and customer service..

Very bad lady who is working she is not at all friendly she was suggesting me stuff I don’t want to put on my food. She said too much sauce don’t look good. What the heck does that mean. They have their own made up rules. Worst place to go. Find some other burrito place.

I’m writing to share some feedback about an experience I had during a recent DoorDash pickup at your store.

When I arrived, a staff member at the food station (a shorter woman) told me—rather rudely—that my pickup time was still 10 minutes away. I calmly returned to my car and came back at the time shown in my app: 7:04 PM. At that point, I waited inside for just a few minutes, which I didn’t mind.

While I was waiting, I observed a Black gentleman enter the store and head toward the restroom. The same staff member gave him an uncomfortable, suspicious look and refused to provide a key, saying they didn’t have one—without offering any courtesy or explanation. It was a noticeably unkind interaction, and he may well have been a potential customer.

When I received my order at 7:07 PM, I said “thank you” and was about to leave. However, the same staff member made a comment in Punjabi saying, “Don’t come here before the pickup time.” I responded that I had returned at the time shown in my app and had waited just 2–3 minutes inside. She continued to argue, insisting her system showed one minute remaining. I wasn’t upset about the wait time, but the argumentative tone felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

I’d like to know if there’s a policy about DoorDash drivers not waiting inside the store. If so, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. I also want to mention that the other girl working there had a much more positive attitude, and I appreciated that.

As a frequent customer who enjoys your food, I hope this was just a one-off due to someone having a rough day. However, this experience has made me hesitant about future visits, and I hope it can be addressed so other drivers or customers don’t feel similarly.
