My Boyfriend surprised me by making a reservation for our 6 year anniversary for today at 5:30, we were so excited as we have talked about trying this restaurant for forever. We got to the restaurant, the driveway/ parking lot not plowed, the open sign off and the doors locked. We were confused as we had booked a reservation AND the door as well as their website says they should be open. We are extremely extremely disappointed as this isn’t the first time this restaurant has disappointed us. We tried for weeks to get a reservation here for my 20th birthday and no one ever answered the phone or called me back when I had left voicemails. We ended up going to the keg and my boyfriend proposed. My cousin and my boyfriend had this engagement planned AND Barons was aware of this planned engagement.I am super super upset with this business, hoping this gets dealt with.

My cousin was supposed to get proposed to tonight, and we had 2 tables booked for this evening. We got to the restaurant and it was closed?!? We’ve had these two reservations for TWO WEEKS and no one could call and tell us that the restaurant would be closed?? The restaurant confirmed our tables for the right date and times as well as they knew about the engagement plans. I’m extremely disappointed in this restaurant and will never be returning.Won’t ever be recommending this place again.UPDATEIt’s been 5 day of me trying to get ahold of them, just to make sure the manager is aware of this situation. I’ve not gotten a call back or an answer since.

Really sad to see what’s become of this place. I used to fly into YXX and eat here often. Today we went after a tradex event for lunch around 1230 on a Saturday. There was not one other person there. One guy in a hoody came up to us and asked us if we wanted to sit . It was -12 this day, and I could see my breath in the restaurant. He said the heater was out. I noticed that there is another review two months ago saying the same thing! It’s really too bad, this used to be a great airport pub. We walked out as I don’t like eating somewhere and being the only person in there, not to mention it was below zero in there!

There was no service. Pop came without ice and was not cold and never got a refill for 6$. Ordered nachos. Chips were stale and they covered them in fake nacho cheese. Real disappointment. Well not return.

The restaurant is freezing; did mention it to the waitstaff, the geodoms were not offered as a solution. Wait staff wearing jackets. Out of a lot of items in the menu. Bartender doesn't know how to make basic drinks. The service was terrible and the food was worse. Don't waste your time or money.... Oh it's also severely overpriced.

Atmosphere. Hands down. A really cool place to eat in a bubble. We went in the summer and the bubble had air conditioning inside we could control. I actually wanted to buy one of them. I think if you’re more into going, and having a few drinks and a side dish, this would be a fun place to go at night especially as the bubbles have chandeliers inside. But it needs work. In the summer the faded green faux plants took it down a few notches. And the menu, well, not a lot of selection. The food itself was great but not a lot on the plate. The waitress was nice and tried to accommodate. Im going again but it will be more for just a social drink.

The worst food I’ve ever had in my life. I would remind you all the menu is good but the food taste worse than flight food! The server was so slow and she had no idea what’s going on in menu! Highly advised to keep out!
What an ABSOLUTE disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This restaurant has severely fallen WAY down in the last year. It used to me amazing! The bar had no beer on tap, many other items on the bar menu weren't available, and the bottles and cans were at "Airshow Prices" (that was the actual wording on the bar menu).The menu has been severely cut down from last year, and the prices hiked through the roof, (like, bordering on Keg prices) and yet three of our five dishes were an extreme disappointment (no flavour, thin, wattery gravy). The waitress was run off her feet as she was the only one there, there was no offer of coffee and/or desert (and she knew it was a birthday dinner), and she's so inexperienced she couldn't work the POS machine properly. The patio and private glass pods were gorgeous, and the view was picturesque. But that's the only endearing thing about the place now. Don't go! They're obviously going out of business, and trying to hang on by a thread.

My wife ordered the eggs Benedict also taking over an hour , when it arrived it was water drenched with No hollandias. If I could give less than 1 star I

It was a nice surprise. We sat outside with a view and were lucky to get the only table with an umbrella. The food was excellent, the server was great. But get rid of your domes, build a pergola so there is shade on your great deck, and plant some real flowers. A little work on the atmosphere and you will be busy.
