We tried takeout from this place as it’s just down the street from us as there were tons of good reviews. Unfortunately it didn’t not meet our expectations. The meat in the wonton soup was not cooked all the way through. The pork katsu was a bit dry. The California rolls had too much rice to filling ratio. Not sure if eat in would be a different experience but not satisfied and would not try again.

Had a variety of rolls and tuna and salmon sashimi. Everything was bland, and not fresh. Sashimi was the worst I've ever had, small and thin and BLAND. 10 pieces for $19, what a rip-off given the quality. They obviously use the poorest quality ingredients. Even the soy sauce was not good.
Other reviews mention the prices are reasonable, but I have had much better sushi over in Vancouver for the same price and quantity (especially the sashimi!). Avoid.

Super chill little small place family run and the food is always on point and reasonable cost! Love this place we come about once every two weeks.
Kid-friendliness: My son is picky and loves the gyoza. Plus they have a magnetic dart board he can play on while we wait for food.

Hidden away in the city, small cozy restaurant. Personally, I haven't explored many sushi places and I'm no sushi expert, but I keep coming back here for their tasty Spicy Pork Don. The owners, a friendly couple, really put their hearts into this place. Although sushi isn't my usual go-to, I recently tried their Spider Sushi and found it quite tasty. But it's their Spicy Pork Don and great service that I really appreciate. Overall, it's a cozy spot with good food and welcoming vibes!

Went back for the sencond time. Food was not fresh. UPDATEGreat little place! I took my family for dinner first time here. We all enjoy our dinner. The food was good. They where super busy, but the two of them did a great job. We will go back soon!
The food and rolls at Bento always taste fresh. The pricing is fair. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because we have never eaten in the restaurant. I would recommend.
