Booster Juice

All of the staff here are wonderful they remember the autistic person that I supports name and order, however the new member a short girl named simiran is atrociously rude to both of us every time we come in. I have no idea what we did but I am now equally rude to her.
She shirks at me when I ask for a receipt which in reality should be offered to me at the til. It's a sad thing when one poor employee makes such a good team look bad.

This is my go to place for food! It is ALWAYS incredible and is actually healthy food! Would definitely recommend this location as workers are always sweet and never mess up orders! The mango hurricane is by far the best smoothie!

Just wondering how lazy the employees are to put a out of service on their washroom.

I was about to use the washroom and an employee came to me said its out of service. I said there is no out of service tag here and she mentioned only manager can put out out of service tage on the washroom.

Also , i feel like it was near to closing time and she has cleaned the washroom and does not want anyone to use it so that she does not have to clean again.

Walked in and waited for the cashier. Stood there for 5 minutes and waited for her to acknowledge me. In this time a line started to form as 3 customers walked in. Another customer said "excuse me" and the employee looked at me and said wait. She did not talk to anyone or take orders. I ended up leaving after standing in line for 10 minutes.

I love this place. Beverages and food are amazing, the atmosphere is clean and inviting and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

School munch n lunch! Paid 8$ for this. No one drank them. Absolutely disgusting flavor! Poor kids. What a disappointment

This is a great Booster Juice. My smoothie was extra delicious compared to other stores. The employee was knowledgeable and help and speedy.

I love Booster Juice in general, but this is a nice location. I don’t find it’s too busy or slow. Everything is made properly and staff have always been quite friendly. My only gripe is that Booster Juice keeps getting more & more expensive. I don’t know if they think people won’t notice or they are doing it deliberately but it’s not cool. Pretty soon a regular smoothie is going to cost like $12. This is of course no reflection on the staff; they only do what management says. But if management is reading this: the price hikes need to stop! It’s fine & dandy you offer a free booster but you offered a free booster since you started years ago when a regular smoothie was like 6.50…. Sigh.

Ordered online on the way to the store.. my buddies ordered in person once we got there.
They all and some additional walk in customers received their orders faster than myself and they had to wait for me to receive my online order in the car. *Rolls eyes dramatically*

Stood there waiting to be helped but the employee was too busy talking on her cell phone in the backroom. She saw me standing waiting to be helped but didn't bother to come to the front to take my order so I just left.
