Stood there waiting to be helped but the employee was too busy talking on her cell phone in the backroom. She saw me standing waiting to be helped but didn't bother to come to the front to take my order so I just left.

Young lady was extremely busy during closing time but handled it very well,still polite with fast service, although I do think she needs a 2nd worker to help her out, she did very good and deserves a raise ?

came in a few days ago to get my regular order - i normally go another trusted location i was just nearby this time -anyways i asked for extra scoop of protein and I PAID FOR IT FULL PRICE NO ISSUE WITH THAT , THEN!! as she’s making my smoothie i witness her putting 2 HALF SCOOPS in and i called her out just for her to give me attitude back. like excuse me? i paid full price i deserve a full scoop.if i’m ever coming back believe me i’ll be watching carefully and AS YOU SHOULD TOO. scums.

Amazing smoothie options as per usual and there’s a seating area there unlike other locations (during covid).Only small complaint is: compared to other locations, the blenders at this location are exceptionally loud so it’s a bit difficult for employees to hear customer’s orders. Other than that, it’s a great spot!

Got strawberry sunshine and some kind of Acai one. The strawberry sunshine was fruitier but the Acai one had 24 grams of protein. Anyway, they were both really good. Recommended.

Honestly at this point, how is this establishment even open? This is a terrible location! Tried ordering online and waited more than 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Have been in the restaurant to pick up an online order and have been ignored. A note to management, what are you doing? What are your training protocols, because right now they're nonexistent. I do not blame the workers, I blame management. This issue only occurs at this location. Never again.
