The team here were absolutely crushing it today! They got 2 big delivery orders at the same time as a rush of probably 10 people ordering food and drinks. Whipped it all out in what felt like 2 minutes and were so friendly while hustling to get all the orders done. Someone give these ladies a raise!!

I ordered my food online through the Booster Juice app. Uber was set up to deliver it. When it arrived, it was not my order. I called the restaurant and spoke with them regarding the issue and they explained that the Uber driver left too quickly and had taken the wrong order. Both the restaurant and myself attempted to reach Uber to let them know but had no luck. The restaurant manager went over and above to make sure I got my order. She was kind, polite and proactive. I highly recommend Booster Juice and in particular, the Whatcom Rd location. Thank you to the staff there for making sure I was taken care of!

Was pretty quick to get my drink but my pomegranate passion had like no pomegranate in it the color was completely off I usually go to the one on the other side of town . And it's never been this color it doesn't taste good at all totally was not worth driving out of my way to grab this booster juice I would stick to the one that is in the middle of town.

We arrived at this branch at 7pm to get the juices however, the staff refused to give us and we were able to get it in an other branch I’m wondering how’s that possible to refuse to give service as a franchise. For sure you need to spend time on training for the staff.

Disappointed went there and they were closed. Google says open at 8 your website says open at 8 but at 830 am , Feb 23 went to the location at Whatcom and say closed open at 9.

Went in for my regular booster juice and the employee working keyed in my order wrong and overcharged me. When i politely asked for her to correct it her response was that i told her my order wrong and to roll her eyes and whisper to her coworker. Terrible service. Baffles me how someone like that could get hired.

Today, we visited the Abbotsford branch, and I must express my disappointment with the service we received. After ordering two drinks, one for myself and one for our 6-year-old daughter, we encountered an unhelpful and rude response when we asked to replace a drink with an unpleasant flavor. The lack of assistance and poor customer service left us frustrated, especially considering the nearly $10 we spent on an undrinkable beverage. They both knew there is whey powder in that drink for the 6 yrs old and didn't even confirm with us that we were interested in it.
I strongly suggest that others save their money and visit a different branch where they will receive better treatment and customer service.
