Went in for my regular booster juice and the employee working keyed in my order wrong and overcharged me. When i politely asked for her to correct it her response was that i told her my order wrong and to roll her eyes and whisper to her coworker. Terrible service. Baffles me how someone like that could get hired.

Today, we visited the Abbotsford branch, and I must express my disappointment with the service we received. After ordering two drinks, one for myself and one for our 6-year-old daughter, we encountered an unhelpful and rude response when we asked to replace a drink with an unpleasant flavor. The lack of assistance and poor customer service left us frustrated, especially considering the nearly $10 we spent on an undrinkable beverage. They both knew there is whey powder in that drink for the 6 yrs old and didn't even confirm with us that we were interested in it.
I strongly suggest that others save their money and visit a different branch where they will receive better treatment and customer service.

I ordered an orange juice today but she ( Abby ) made something else After checking i came back from sumas way. And she said i will not replace it, I showed her that it is full we haven’t drink it. But she didn’t change that drink. We had to spend same more money.

Monday @ 4:50PM 5/13/24. There was a tall blonde female employee who served and handed my girlfriend her smoothie with a large amount of spillage all over the lid (overflowing) and an excess amount completely dripping down the side of the cup. As my girlfriend is trying to clean up the mess the employee made eye contact with my girlfriend and continued to walk away. It feels silly writing this review as normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but the fact that it was served in that condition then after making eye contact for a customer to employee interaction, you could clearly tell that the customer care and customer service was not there. In other words you could tell she didn’t care or tried to avoid having to clean it herself. Either don’t serve overflowed smoothies or if you do at least try to wipe it down before you hand it to the customer.
I go to lots of booster juice and I love this location specifically. The owners are always working here. It's like a family business. Always good service.

Usually very good, today was fairly sad.They rushed taking my order, so I didn’t get to obtain any points (receipt strategically doesn’t have the bar code anymore)Then multiple others got their order until they asked if I was waiting for something…When the wheatgrass shot came, they didn’t give the juice chaser.This place works better when there’s 2 people working, not four as it was today; they seemed to be engaged in their own conversations. Plus, it was essentially not busy. Usually much better service
