We visited from Langley and had such a great time! The guy who brought food to our table really stood out – super friendly, always going above and beyond in the way he talked with us, and made us feel really welcome. Food automatically feels better when you’re greeted like that. I think his name was Gumoor or Guwnor We will be absolutely back! 👍🏻

My server Sabiba was extremely kind nice thoughtful really amazing at what she does , I enjoyed her service and definitely will be requesting to sit at her table again, she also was very well knowledgeable about promotions going on and I just really enjoy having her as apart of the bp team ! We came here on September 3rd and wanted to sit at the bar. At first, our server offered us a table, but another staff member stepped in and made it possible for us to sit at the bar, which was really nice and made us feel welcome right away. The food was delicious, and our water glasses were always topped up without us even asking. Our waitress was sweet, and the manager, Gurnoor, checked in on us and was really great talking to him. Overall, we had such a good time and will definitely be back! One feedback is to improve on channel on tv as we really wanted to see other sport.

The service here was extremely bad, our first waitress took our order then took off, after 10 mins we saw her sit with her friends at the bar. Then we got completely ignored. We had one man check on us after that. Then when a second sever came to our table she was extremely rude to us when we told her that we have been waiting for a long time. We had to physically go to the bar just to ask for a refill. At the end she didn’t even talk to us she just gave us the bill and walked away.
Excellent customer service skills, helped us with allergy information right when we asked! Also helped us with the best choice! Can’t forget the beer fix he did for us👍🏻

We ordered the Triple Play today and were helped by a guy in a blue shirt, no name tag, so I didn’t catch his name. He seemed like a new guy we didn’t see before , but he was super friendly and attentive from start to finish. He refilled my husband’s drink without us asking, gave us a bag for our takeout, and even included a little thank-you card. Our server was pleasant too, but had other tables and seemed a bit rushed, which is fine. This guy really went above and beyond and made our visit great my partner and I were very impressed and wanted to give him a shoutout!
