Very disappointing experience here. The restaurant was almost empty, but they still tried to seat us right beside a big group for no reason. After sitting down, we waited over half an hour before anyone even came to take our order. Then they forgot to bring cutlery, so our food arrived and we had nothing to use.
The worst part — there was hair on the plate with our pizza. We showed it to them, and the response was very careless. No proper apology, nothing. They gave a very small discount and acted like they were doing us a favour instead of fixing the issue properly.
Overall the service was slow, careless, and unprofessional. Really not what we expected.

If have dietary restrictions- do not go here.
Stopped in with my boyfriend before a concert, thinking we’d have a quick dinner since it wasn’t busy. Big mistake.
I have celiac disease and ordered from the gluten-friendly menu. My sandwich came out gluten free but my Caesar salad came with croutons. The manager noticed as they set it down and said it’d only take seven minutes to replace. Twenty minutes later, still nothing — no updates, no drink refills, nothing. We finally had to flag someone down and cancel because we were running late. My boyfriend didn’t end up eating his meal because he was waiting for mine to arrive, so we asked for a to go box- since it was uneaten, we were shocked at the tiny box they dropped off. No offer to package it up. Just a too small box and zero effort.
My boyfriend ordered an appy and a meal — his appetizer was the only part of the entire experience that wasn’t a garbage fire. When he spoke to the manager afterward, the manager actually said we “wasted two chickens” because they had to redo my meal and then I canceled it. Not joking — he genuinely said that. Completely unprofessional and rude.
My meal was taken off the bill, but nothing was offered for the inconvenience.
We even saw staff taking liquor from a customer, which didn’t seem legal or inspire confidence in this establishment.
If you have dietary restrictions or expect decent service, avoid this location. Totally disappointing from start to finish.
Edit (follow-up): After posting this review, the company replied asking me to fill out a form with more details, saying I’d hear back within two business days and letting me choose my preferred contact method. I selected email.
Since then, my phone rang twice with no voicemail left, and I never received any email response. It’s now been almost two weeks with zero follow-up.
This only reinforces my feeling that this location doesn’t actually care about fixing issues — they just go through the motions publicly. Thank you, however, for making me waste more time having to repeat everything for nothing. i stand by the one star, and would give less if possible.

Saw the Jays game in the background and had a great meal. Our server, Sahiba was fantastic and delighted our kids.

This is the pudding that comes with a to go order of “worms and dirt” in a kids meal. For a place with $40 pizzas and a guaranteed $120 minimum spend for a small family, I don’t actually feel that it’s unreasonable to expect that there is not a thriving bacterial mold culture in the food. What is happening to these businesses? Zero quality with record profits.

Gurnoor is one of the nicest and professional managers I have come across in a long time. He’s so polite and caring and takes his job very seriously to provide an amazing service for his customers.

I believe this location recently got new management, it use to be okay. Had the most horrible service here this weekend. Waited about 30 minutes to even get a server to our table. She checked in on us one singular time after the initial order. It was not particularly busy either. The food was fine though👍

If I could give this place a zero I would. Never eating here again, generally like Boston Pizza but this one has the worst service and the food was bland and cold.
