I ordered rib full racks. It almost has no BBQ source on it. I asked server to take back to add more BBQ source, she instead brought extra source on the side for us to apply on the rib ourself.

We were a long way from home after a long day and just wanted to have dinner at Boston Pizza, but the experience was terrible. From the moment we walked in, the staff gave us dirty looks and acted like we didn’t belong.
They spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful way, and even started yelling at us for no reason. We were calm the whole time. We only ordered drinks and didn’t even get the chance to order food before things got worse. It felt like they just wanted us to leave.
What hurt the most was how they treated my 12 year old sister. They didn’t believe she was a kid and were rude to her too. She’s just a child how is she supposed to carry ID to prove her age?
If I could give zero stars, I would. We left feeling completely disrespected. I won’t be coming back and I would never recommend anyone this lost in pizza location because if you go here and read other views as well there all the same. Most importantly, the main person involved in all of this was the manager. I hope no one ever has to deal with this man.

Sheena was my server, she was very friendly and calm. She recommended food to us and over all a kind person. The food was delicious. Especially the French Onion Soup. We didn't stay for long. Maybe 30 minutes? We got the food surprisely quick. Truly a good place. I recommend eating here.
Kid-friendliness: My younger sister, got a toy at the end of the meal. She also got some pages to colour on.

The servers seemed to be busier than usual. After we put in our order we didn't see her for 25 minutes aside from refilling our glasses of water. After she dropped off our food, we didn't see her at all. We had to ask another server for stuff. The server was friendly the 2 times we did see her but she basically vanished too until it was time to bring the bill. The pizza we ordered was the perogy spicy pizza. It was very spicy and tasted very bland. I'll never eat that pizza again. Boston Pizza's spaghetti sauce and their burgers are much better though. There were random blasts of cold air that seemed to come from the ceiling the whole time we were there. Very off putting when a customer is already cold. No one explained what was going on. The entire experience was underwhelming and sub-par.
Worst service in my life We decided Abbey road was too loud so we came here for a quiet drink and they refused us cause we came from another Bar We were not drunk and had 2 Designated Drivers The WORST service in Abbotsford Trying to be SO STRICT on what you think is someone drinking too much you're gonna lose all your business especially when people have designated drivers We will never return her for business and all of our friends will be notified of your poor habits When people are being responsible, having a driver whom is sober you should be ok with serving a drink.....hope u get shut down

Customer service was horrible the food was cold and they didn’t bother to ask for refills of water. They charged 3$ extra for a tiny little container of Tabasco sauce, we had to wait for cutlery cold food came before cutlery . NOT COMING BACK..

Extremely slowwwww service.. we waited 25 minutes to get the order and another 15 minutes to get the cheque and a box to take away our leftovers at the end of our meal and my autistic son was getting impatient and wanted to get out of there.. so I ran after him to the door. The attendant told us we need to be patient because it's a restaurant! What an insensitive choice of words!! Like it's the one and only restaurant we've ever been to! Being a mom of a special needs kid, I know patience more than an average person I believe. There were 2 other booked tables when we left don't know what took them ages to process our cheque of minimal order! I wish we never had stopped by. Never will again and will not let anyone I know eat here either.
