I feel the food here is just okay. I used to really like it but things have seemed to changed. The price of food and drinks especially the pizza is way overpriced. Why is it when you get a pizza and the toppings only come halfway up to the crust.

Had double rye on ice with side of oj needed more oj for rye manager brings a large glass of oj and charges almost 5. Dollars for it instead of suggesting a another gigger for 50 cents more they also have the gigger a little bigger that they put the wine in not to impressed on how the situation was handled I think they need to train their staff properly we were regular customers maybe to regular I Will Not Be Back AGAIN

This was a tough visit. Wife and I met after work for dinner. She had beef dip and I had 7 cheese ravioli. Her beef dip was full of fat and grissle and she would not eat it. The ravioli came out cool. I asked for a re-heat and the microwave failed. On a positive note... the server was spot on. She was quick and engaging and did her best with what she had to work with.

My husband already wrote a review but I'll write one myself. I could have gotten a steak dinner for what I payed for. Lady on the phone was incompetent. Manager was shady. I would not go again for the price we paid. Get panago or go anywhere else. Would not recommend. Food wasn't even that good. Get your self something nice instead.

They were able to accommodate a girls soccer team with parents. Enjoyed getting an entire section that kept our party together and separate from the rest of the restaurant attendees. Food was good, but took some time to get there. Kids were having a great experience.

My husband and I had a terrible take out experience from ordering here.We first tried to order online but the site kept glitching and not acceptinh payment from either of our cards so we decided to call instead to place the order the person on the other end kept hanging up the phone and this took about 2-3 attempts before someone actually answers the phone. While ordering the girl who was on the other end seemed a bit rude and sounded like she just plainly didn't want to take orders. When my wife arrived to pick up the orders the girl completely messed on the orders we originally ordered 2 dinner for 1 which was supposed to two small pizza and salad 1 dessert and 2 sodas what we ended up was 2 medium pizzas and 2 large salads my wife complained to the manager but he seemed unapologetic with the whole thing and claimed he will give a "fantastic discount" it wasn't it was only 8 dollars off...the original order was only supposed to be 54.99 but was actually 86.03 we ended up spending more money then we originally intended. My wife did have the option to wait another 20-30 to get the order correct but we choose not to wait as she already drove 20 minutes to pick up the food and I was at home with a baby it was a ruined date night for us and I don't think we will ever come back with the terrible service.

My boyfriend and I are regulars at this Boston Pizza, enjoying years of great service and quick, delicious meals. However, our recent experience was disappointing. Our server, Sadaf, seemed rushed despite a quiet night. She delegated our order to other servers, didn't check in, and made errors on our bills. When my boyfriend tried to pay in cash, she left abruptly, assuming we'd leave it on the table. We waited for her to return for change, but it took extra time, and the incorrect amount was given and then walked away again. It was unexpected, especially considering the overall subpar service
