When I can get in my vehicle, drive to the nearest Boston Pizza, place my order, faster and with less frustration than attempting to use the Boston Pizza website; Boston Pizza has a serious problem.
Boston Pizza's executives should be embarrassed with that sad thing they attempt to pass off as a website.
“RUDE STAFF”
Ordered a pizza and a dessert the dessert arrived to our table with bugs in the plate swimming in the chocolate syrup (i have a photo).
We came in mid afternoon and only two tables are occupied and it took us 10 mins. To get seated because no one was working in the front. The food was cold and comes with bugs i didnt order 🤦♀️

Good food and atmosphere. If they weren't on the higher $ end I'd go there more often.
