So I ordered a make your own pasta for sinner last night from this BP via skip. My order wasn't hard, crazy or anything. It was actually pretty damn simple. I ordered a fettuccine with cajun chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions and Alfredo sauce. The meal arrived without out the chicken, the sauce had zero flavor to it (I'm so glad I added onion to I because it's the only thing that gave it some taste), the garlic bread was soggy and limp. When I FINALLY talked to the right BP I was asked how he could make my night better which is a great way to deal with the situation but when you agree to send me a brand new meal along with a coupon for my troubles in case I want to try again maybe, just maybe you should make sure it shows up. By the time we went to bed at almost 8, I talked to them at 5:34, it still hadn't arrived. My husband originally told me to just let it go because it took me contacting 3 BP's to figure out where it came from, but the chicken was a $7.99 add on and I was mad about it so I waited. Now I'm done. We will no longer be patrons of BP, which is sad for me because I do enjoy the food most of the time but when you can't get a single item order correct you aren't worth my time.

I can't give a 5 only because I had some shit take out experiences although the 2 I had actually commented about were rectified but not really what I want to do I want to show up, eat good food, leave. But I've had some amazing dine in experiences so this one is from my dine in experience. Warm brownie dessert with ice cream was kills between that and the salted panookie u can't go wrong. Triple play seems always like more food when u dine in which is great every time cause you get a little bit of everything... Perogie pizza always a classic nothing beats some BP ranch if cactus dip either. 4/5

We came here to dine in, but the food was horrible.Wings were soo dry (honey garlic ) ones . Was unable to bite and were soo hard. We requested extra cheese on nachos but the cheese was not cooked properly.

Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, and special shoutout to our server, Rain who was incredibly friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. Manager named Sainath I guess was attentive and friendly, he made sure we were went smoothly

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this location. I filled out the survey and shared my concerns and a manager did reach out, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I missed their call, and when I replied back, I never heard anything again.
The server Rain Was very polite as like all the other servers but Rain Went above and beyond I was really pleasant to see that. Thank you Rain

When I can get in my vehicle, drive to the nearest Boston Pizza, place my order, faster and with less frustration than attempting to use the Boston Pizza website; Boston Pizza has a serious problem.

My overall experience here was good, our server was amazing. We went at 4:00pm on Tuesday and had an amazing female waitress wait on my girlfriend and I. She was polite and attentive to us. My only complaint is when my girlfriend called to book us a seat for 4:00 pm at 11:00 am the guy that answered the phone was rude and shouldn’t be in customer service if he doesn’t know how to answer the phone properly or to even politely humour someone. Instead with a hiss and snarl noise he told us that she wouldn’t need one for 4:00 pm and hung up on us. She was clearly annoyed by this an asked me if I thought he was rude and I replied no he’s ignorant! We still went there and spent 50$ on cactus cuts and meaty honey garlic bites. Seriously I would fire the guy who answered the phone if he doesn’t know how to answer it properly. I’ve been in Boston Pizzas across Canada and in the home province of the company they are the rudest here. Everywhere else I have been they are polite all around.
