My 8 year old daughter has ordered taro milk tea from this place a number of times. Taro is purple as in their menu and in general. This time they put so much black tea in it it looked like over caffeinated mud. The staff refused to refund it or replace it with another drink. Rude and unacceptable service!

I think this is way too overpriced - The pearls is an add-on to the price and they are very rubbery and is not fun to chew. The Mango Yakult combination i ordered was so-so nothing special I have had better ones for sure. The good thing is that their service is fast and their concept is nice! I just hope that the quality would meet the prices of their products. Maybe their other flavours are better, you can give them a try!

This is the best bubble tea shop near me. Customer service was great! Lots of flavors and variety of bubble tea. The taste is perfect, Original milk tea is the best! And pearl always fresh, so truly and yummy!

Been here many times but today when I went they decided they are no longer accepting loyalty cards because I guess someone stole a few. My partner and I each had cards that were nearly full! So I guess screwing over your loyalist customers was preferable to letting someone get a couple free bubble teas. Next time I think we will try the bubble tea place in the food court.

Staff are always so welcoming. There is always a queue. That’s why people always choose them. I like how they are fast and consistent with making their drinks! High recommend coconut milk tea with coconut jelly! None of my favorite!
