We enjoyed another wonderful breakfast special this morning. We initially reserved a patio table but it was a little cold outside. When I asked if we could move indoors our waitress said she had already reserved a table for us indoors, which was so kind and thoughtful. The staff is very accommodating. Thank you all.

Great Mother's Day brunch and we got to sit outside on such a beautiful day! The service could have been faster but not sure how many waitresses they have working there. Overall a good experience!
We love the Tavern. The food is great, it's close to home, and the service is always friendly. Unfortunately, the service is often slow- due to lack of staff? Or lack of organization? Hope this improves as we want to continue enjoying your place!
We had a wonderful experience, beautiful place , great waitresses and breakfast and Ceasars were awesome . As a matter of we are here for your Roasted Prime rib dinner right now, ?. Thanks guys

Our young waitress was a ten in terms of service and in adding to the enjoyment of our meal. She was patient and kept a close eye on what we needed in a timely fashion. As industrial psychologists with many years experience in evaluating companies she was outstanding! She both served my family well while at the same time helped train what appeared to be a new staff member.

We had a lovely brunch on the patio this Sunday. We both enjoyed the egg special, and our eggs were PERFECT. Potatoes were well seasoned :) The Caesar's were very tasty, and perfectly spiced. Our server was attentive and brought us blankets for our legs when we looked a bit cold. We are definitely going back!

Right from the start the server was all out of sorts. Wasn't busy and we had reso for patio. Started to sit us inside and reminded her the reso was for the patio. No problem. Then we were sat and water brought the menus, then cutlery, then ordered our drinks. Lots of back and forth. Took forever to get her attention to order, again it wasn't busy at this point, food took forever and when it came out clearly it was sitting there for awhile cause the plates were hot but not the food. One person ordered another plate as they were extra hungry and she forgot to put the order in, once it did come no toast, no cutlery no drinks, even though we asked repeatedly. She apologized but by the end clearly had given up and we just wanted to leave. No mention of comping the last meal or discount just sorry and took payment. So frustrating we just paid and left. So disappointing as the ground and place was so nice and the server just didn't care
Emily our server is upbeat & eager to make our dining out experience memorable. She was able to accommodate our extra two guests effortlessly. Emily, Sidney & Mercedes and the kitchen staff are terrific!

We had a great Valentine's dinner at the Tavern! The food was prepared and presented so well and the wine pairings were perfect with each course! Thanks so much for a lovely evening - oh and the live music was the perfect touch to create a cozy, romantic atmosphere ?❤️.

The Valentines menu was great, two choices on each of the four courses. The food was excellent, my wife and I had different items so we could compare. All great. service was excellent, and the ambience was as good as it usually is. We like the Tavern on the Green. One of our go to places.
My wife and I have been to the Tavern on the Green for dinner a couple of times. The staff have been friendly and efficient and the food excellent. Looking forward to warmer weather when the days are longer and you can see the golf course while there.

I am not one to ever complain about a restaurant but our experience was a very poor one. First, I had tried to change our reservation from 4 people to 5 and was unsuccessful both online and by phone. So, we ended up sitting five people at a table for four (sat at the corner of the table, myself, also with a handicapped person). It was cramped and quite uncomfortable. We were disappointed that the venue used was the regular restaurant and not the banquet facilities upstairs. There were plenty of people crammed into the small space, enough to fill one of the rooms upstairs. There was a group of approximately 12-15 people, half standing in the middle of the area. They couldn't even sit around a table ( had to put several people at a lower table and the majority on bar stools) They had two people on walkers and also a baby. I felt for them. Also, there should have been a special menu for New Years, Day. We were also celebrating a birthday as were the other large group. What an embarassment. Until you get your act together we will not be returning. Such a great complex and such a disappointing restaurant.
Thank you to Kara our server, Sidney & Mercedes and the kitchen staff for making our New Year's Eve celebration with local neighbors a fun night out. We all truly appreciated having a friendly and attentive restaurant staff and the tasty menu offering. The Tavern on the Green in Abbotsford is a local fan- favourite to meet for Sunday brunches, after work quick dinners and casual drinks with friends & neighbors. The breakfast special was excellent. It was a do again... sadly they were out of a number of the addons - and heard this via other diners on this morning. Hoping they are all stocked up for our next visit.

Christmas decorations were at a minimum. It was nice to have some extended private time with Santa and having pictures with him included in the price of the brunch but the quality of the pictures were not the greatest. Decorations around him and behind him should have been better to make the picture a little bit more festive. Also for the price of the meal coffee and tea should have been included.
