I went in to order and I ordered 2 whoppers 2 original chicken no lettuce onion rings poutine and cheesey bites over $40 worth of food. While making chicken they put lettuce on it so I saw the guy take his hand and scrap off the lettuce and put more mayo on it and re wrapped them. I complained so they remade the chicken while the rest of the order sat there for 15 minutes then I got the food home and everything was cold but the chicken which just tasted like oil and had no mayo on it. Asked for manager when there and all she said was she did not know what the guy was doing. Do not eat at any burger king in Abbotsford the service is horrible. Waste of money had to go home and cook after waiting for food for half hour.

Takes very long to get service and it orders are messed up a lot. It seems like they don't listen and when there's a mistake they're trying to avoid fixing.

Don't expect to redeem a Burger King gift card here. I came because I received a gift card, but after 15 minutes of poking at their system, they said I could not redeem at this location. I was stuck with the full bill. The food was average. My group ordered a couple different versions of whopper burgers and a chicken nuggets. The flavour was ok, but the buns were a bit mashed. The burgers were a little larger than competing fast food places, but there were less fresh toppings on each burger. The dining room was dirtier than I'd expect with the low traffic. There were several tables that needed cleaning. The decor looks like it has not been updated in 20 years. There is a play-area, but it was blocked off and closed for whatever reason.

Waited about 20 mins for food after being asked to park in front from the drivethru. Chicken Wraps were wrapped awfully and all different sizes. Zero care and zero attention to wrap which ones were spicy vs ranch, and the tomatoes are very rubbery.Garlic whoppers were extremely dry and meat was clearly sitting in a warmer for awhile.Mozzarella sticks were surprisingly good and hot while the rest of the food was barely warm and mediocre.

Staff are great but the restaurant is dirty. Benches sticky, tables not wiped. A fly landed on me 3x and felt like it bit me. I bagged up the food and left. I will never eat inside again.
