I want to share my Review I had yesterday at BK They look understaffed. The Girl at front with lot of make up on didn’t help us. As I have been there last weeks too she always ask other workers to help customer she always stand near the table and do nothing. Always yells at her coworkers in the back. Doing make up doesn’t put good customer impact on you. You have to use your words and services to help Customers. Please management Team talk to your workers to treat Customer well don’t ignore them.

Been coming to this bk since it reopened, and have dealt with every one who works there. Have had nothing but poor experiences from all other managers and some workers, cold food, wrong orders, rude attitudes from the managers on shift !! until recently, they seemed to have hired a new manager, younger white female and she is such a delight! Absolutely amazing customer service, and so friendly with the guests and other employees from the looks of it. We will definitely be coming back because of her and hope to see her again!!

The staff was friendly except for manager. Till I was there she was shouting on top of her voice with her staff and disrespecting them. I thought every place is suppose to work as a team but she was the one disrespecting all the staff and showing attitude to them and asking them what to do but without using “please” and “thank you” which is shame.

Came here in today , got a take out order there was a non uniform guy who messed up my order , crew looked good later a turban guy helped me thanks to him , but that guy he was yelling at everyone don’t know who he was a manager or what but that was so unprofessional that in so much rush arguing and stressing the working crew that doesn’t look good

My father went to Burger King today ordered a Whopper and poutine around 11 am but his order was completely messed up by a staff member who appeared to be the manager at front . It was frustrating and disappointing at first. Thankfully, another staff member girl quickly stepped in helped him , refunded the order, and made sure we received the correct food. I really appreciate her helpfulness and professionalism—she turned a bad experience into a positive one.

Dirty tables, foot prints on multiple tables inside the restraint, greasy hand prints, salt and pieces of food. Employee came and wiped tables half way then left again and foot prints are still on table.
Spilt milk shake under pop machine remained there after staff were notified.
Hair was found in both my burger and my daughter’s Fries.
Cashier rolled eyes when I placed my order for 8 people.

BK just reopened and it looks like they’ve fixed pretty much everything that wasn’t working before. Servers made good eye contact, were friendly, and got the order right (the first time). Food was hot and crispy. Manager was actively coaching the crew. Good experience!
