You are ALWAYS parked to wait for food. The last two times I went through the drive through during the day,, the lights were on, but no one was there.UPDATE: THEY HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE AFTER 20+ YEARS. WISE CHOICE.

This place closed its doors recently because of food safety what a gross facility I seen them wheeling a barrel of old grease spilling all over the floor during lunch hour I asked for a refund and walked out the door 90% chance of food poisoning eating here

They have a video game play room that doesn't work. The service is extremely slow and rude, for a B.K. They have hand written notes telling customers that they don't have most items on the menu. The menu board (if working) doesn't inform you on pricing, all the items cost $0.00? The owners need to be fired. If I could give No stars, I would.
Kid-friendliness: Nope. The play room has broken equipment, they will be disappointed. The atmosphere is sad and broken.

Drive thru is a disaster zone and when at window they said they only have chicken to serve so we could only order chicken stuff. This place needs to close down, renovate and Burger King needs to ensure new franchise owner is brought in. This used to be be a great location for dine in and drive through many years ago. The decline in the last 10 years is very noticeable.

Sodas are warm. They have no ice. If only there was someplace where one could aquire frozen water when equipment break. Drive through intercom is also broken. I see closed signs in this locations future. Update..... Still no ice, or intercom. And now the drive through till is broken so you have to order inside. Lost a star. Update June 10th, 24.... Apparently im a prophet, and a seer of great power. Closed signs in place.....
The most slow service I have ever met. Wait for ten minutes then the service person begin to call me . Cold face with no warm smile. I order four meals,two with fries and two with onion rings, and finally got four fries. When I tell them , they have very bad temper.The burger is cold. Very little source in it .tasteless.Forget it forever

My buddy went into Burger King and they gave him the wrong burger and he called them a couple days ago and he’s been fighting with them for the past couple of days to get a refund for his order and they said that he has to fish his burger out of the trash that is 4 days old and show them the burger to get a refund of his burger which is pretty messed up and the manager was pretty persistent him showing him the burger before he gets a refund and they were pretty rude about it to. Do not got to this place.Try to avoid it as best as possible

I went to Burger King on Friday and ordered 8 nuggets, fries, and a Whopper with bacon, no cheese. This all happened at 11:20 at night. When I got home and went to eat the food, I discovered there was cheese on it (I'm allergic). I immediately called Burger King, but received no response. I called again over the next few days and left a message, still no response. Finally, I was able to get in touch with someone, but they were not helpful at all. When I went to the Burger King in person, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They told me I needed to bring in my 4-day-old burger from the trash to get a new one. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I do not recommend this Burger King. The staff is terrible and the head manager is completely incompetent. Avoid this place at all costs!
