It's always a good time no matter who serves us. We like to go for just date night, a group gathering or just sitting at the bar top. Always good food and great for leftovers! Highly recommend this location.

Good service, the quality of the food was pretty good but don't plate 20 pieces of rigatoni on the plate with a cracker sized piece of garlic bread and call it a Main. Seriously I've seen toddlers eat more. My wife meal was adequate.

Edit - had a chat with head office. They said the service received is standard since covid :( . The extra Sangria on the bill was supposedly a fat finger mistake of another server who initially put it on the wrong table, and proceeded to move the Sangria to yet another wrong table (mine) which somehow no one noticed out of 2 servers?
1/5 stars for head office too for your lame excuses. This server was sub-par and you should own up to it and train your staff.

DOUBLE CHECK your bill! Had a $10 Sangria added to my bill for a table of two (only 5 things were actually ordered). It was not busy - our orders were simple. I somehow noticed this after I had already paid, and the manager asked if I wanted a gift card to make up the extra charge - like if I have any use for $11 Cactus GC. Manager was overly nervous handling this mess, and as the Sangria had been rung in, the bar should have made it and it should have been run to the table (this part never happened of course). Refunding me somehow took over 10 minutes after I denied the useless GC. I can only assume the bar tender was in on it too - guessing they split the profit of overcharging unsuspecting customers at the end of the shift? I'd watch your bills if you don't want to pay for things you did not consume. Tayline + Justin + Bartender, please do better. That was embarrassing.

As for the actual service - bad. No soy sauce and ramekin came for Tuna Temaki. No fresh cracked pepper for the steak. No steak knife for the table service. None of these things were offered or suggested, I had to ask for them and every time was weirdly met with resistance - saying the sushi does not need soy sauce, and fresh pepper only comes with steak when requested. 40 minute wait between appies and main course on a Monday afternoon. This location needs some training from corporate ASAP.

Went today for my friends 75th Birthday lunch with friends. Ben was our fabulous server with a great smile. He was very personable n took good care of us by bringing hot delicious food n follow up❣️ We all give him a high 5 in Stars!

Ordered through Dash Door delivery. The steak was terribly burned, dry, not chewable, I took a picture of burned steak priced over $40.The mashed potatoes tasteless. The wings not that bad, though very sour souse

Food was excellent, as always. But, on this evening, the servers were very busy, initially brought the wrong order, and we tried several times before being able to get their attention. Still, we were with terrific friends, so made up for it. I’d go back. The view is incredible.

SALT ALERT!! Went for dinner in Abby with our out of town guest for 7 pm rez. Under Chris.
We chose Cactus Club as most always (at least we hoped) consistent with quality food, service and atmosphere.

Ordered the Truffle Parmesan Chicken with Gnocchi which I’ve had many times at other locations.
This entree was beyond salty! The crust on the chicken and the gravy was so overly salted I could not finish it.
My husband had the Creole Chicken, again, had numerous times and great but it was also over salted. We are both foodies and don’t have huge sensitivity but this was a huge disappointment.

Mentioning to our server when she cleared the plates, she apologized and would talk to the manager. Maybe a new chef or sous chef she said.
Her service was excellent and she was tipped generously but any portion of that should not go to the preparer of this meal.

Hope next visit goes better.

I went in for happy hour and was told 5 mins. After 15 mins they called our name and at the last minute gave our table to someone else. When I spoke to the manager he said the priority is given to reservations first. Manager handled the situation poorly and I’m so disappointed. I went to this cactus on August 22-at 3:30pm. I think the manager should be trained better. I have never been treated like this at this location, And our food took so long ! And the end I overheard the manager talk about the customers to his staff in the dining area. Unprofessional

The food choices for our group were excellent. Service, prices were all very good. The atmosphere can get a little noisy but I guess that goes with this kind of establishment. Overall, it was an excellent choice for an evening out.
